The Space:
Wodalla Horse Farmstay by Tiny Away sits in the quiet town of Nyora, in South Gippsland. Nearby Olive at Loch, Great Southern Rail Trail, and Philip Island, which is mostly renowned for breathtaking coastal beauty and a variety of wildlife.

A cozy 190-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers).

If you plan to spend your tiny house Victoria retreats here, we advise that you bring your basic necessities such as food during your stay with us. Thank you!

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and the surrounding areas, except the land host's private residence which is approximately 150 meters away.

The Neighborhood:
Wodalla Horse Farm Stay by Tiny Away sits in a small township of South Gippsland, VIC. Where the foothills of the Korumburra highlands give way to heathlands and sandy woodlands around Lang Lang and Western Port.

- Olive at Loch is a restaurant that offers homemade vegan and gluten-free options and excellent service in Loch.
- Kernot Food & Wine Store offers mouth-watering pizzas with a variety of toppings and excellent service to travelers.
- Loch Village Foodstore & Cafe is a highly recommended quick or snack bite stop that offers a wide variety of sandwiches, coffee, and good service.

Sightseeing

- The Great Southern Rail Trail is fully complete. This encompasses from Leongatha to Port Welshpool.
- Philip Island is the best day trip getaway, complete with pristine white beaches, endless family activities, and exotic wildlife such as the penguin parade and koala park.
- Grantville is a small town on Westernport's eastern side that provides panoramic views and coastal walks on beaches.
- Rolling Hills is a beautiful place with lush green rolling hills of farmland and blue skies in the Australian state of Victoria

Getting Around:
By car:

- 1 hr 15 min drive to and from Melbourne
- 5 mins drive to and from the nearest town, Loch

By public transport: We recommend guests to travel in private vehicles or v-hires. Thank you.

Other Things to Note:
- No smoking allowed on the property
- Pets are not allowed on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Please be advised that we have free-roaming livestock on our property
- Given the rural and farm setting, children are welcome under CLOSE ADULT SUPERVISION
- We advise guests to keep an eye on children inside as the stairs to the loft is quite steep
- Guests with infants are recommended to bring their own portable travel cot during their stay
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

Pre-booked activities

- Horse riding is currently unavailable
- Guests are welcome to greet our farm animals
- Trail riding is also available to guests in Bunyip Forest
- If you're interested in the above-mentioned activities, please contact the land host 24 hrs before arrival

Important note:

- Please advise that there will be some farm animal noise during your stay with us
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
