Beach Cottage Two Blocks from The Beach w/ Swimming Pool, Hot Tub and Carport

Both the upstairs unit and downstairs unit are available separately (different listings) from January to April and from Labor Day to December each year. Starting in April and running through Labor Day, the house is restricted to an entire house rental only.

The VRBO listing for the downstairs unit is 1016238 and the upstairs unit is 1288096.(only available January - April, Labor Day to the end of December).

Why would you want to stay in a crowded high rise condo building and wait for elevators... luggage carts....etc. Plus, most of the time you have to park in a garage across the street... drag your family and belongings all over just to get to your room? Resort fees? Who needs those? ;). The high speed internet (100 down, 10 up) is included and not shared with 500 other people. Perfect for a quick get away, a relaxing beach vacation, or working remote during the crazy times of COVID-19. Time for a change of scenery!

Holly's Haven is a classic beach cottage that is located in the Crescent Beach Section of North Myrtle Beach. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, two bedrooms and a bath downstairs, and a private bathroom with shower adjacent to the backyard and pool area. Each floor has its own entrance and is separate - so its PERFECT for families that want their own space and privacy. Each floor has its own private fully stocked kitchen, dining area, living room. Televisions with cable in every room. Also perfect for friends that want to have their own space but want to vacation together. Full laundry facility adjacent to the pool area as well.

BIKE WEEK FRIENDLY & BIKER FRIENDLY!

Holly's Haven offers on site parking (right in the driveway). No parking garages here... park up front, walk right to the house. A private entry staircase is to the left of the house. Have a motorcycle that needs a cover? We have a covered car port area as well for your use!

Enjoy your next beach vacation in fun, family friendly North Myrtle Beach. We are in the Crescent Beach section which is extremely family friendly and not crowded! We're where people in Cherry Grove come for vacation!

There are TV's in each room with full cable packages and premium channels can be enjoyed in the living area. Holly's Haven features a beautifully landscaped back yard with a semi in ground salt water pool. It's equipped with all of your grilling needs with plenty of room to sit and eat with family and friends or to just lounge in the sun Just a two minute beach view walk to the beach! The beach features water sports such as banana boat rides, parasailing and designated surfing areas within a block of the public beach access.

A prefect beach spot!
The set up was perfect with a clean house and comfy beds! Quiet neighborhood with convenient little mart and beach shop nearby, we walked. Enjoyed the hot tub in the evening and games at night! We ALL Really enjoyed this spot and Neal made it easy to want to return! Great spot

We just returned from spending Easter weekend at Holly's Haven, and we are already wishing we were back! It was the perfect spot for our kids who aren't lovers of the beach. They loved both the pool and the hot tub. The house offered plenty of space for our 2 families. The host of this property was wonderful to work with. We would definitely return to this rental!

The house was great! Everything functioned as should. The property was clean and easily accessible. The outdoor shower was a huge plus when coming back from the beach. There is a view of the ocean from the house and a short walk directly to the beach.

North Myrtle early August stay
We had a wonderful time at Neal’s property! Perfect spot to walk to the beach, easy to drive gear down beforehand or pull a wagon. Pool/hot tub well maintained with clear instructions for use. Did not go too crazy cooking but had all of our needs for light cooking. Smart TVs, streaming apps logged in, with great internet is a big plus. If you want quiet and relaxing, stay here. Would have no problem with older kids running around the neighborhood on their own, day or night.

Holly Heaven!
This was the first week long vacation I’ve been able to take in years due to my work schedule, & I’m so glad we picked Hollys Haven! The house was clean, communication with the owner was easy & quick, and it had everything I wanted in a vacation spot! I did this vacation for my mother, her children, & grandchildren. This made this split home perfect! The owner let us know we were able to check in early, which was a plus! The children enjoyed the pool, my husband enjoyed the hot tub, & I adored the top porch as the sun was rising & setting over the ocean! My husband & my anniversary was our first day there & we took Neals recommendation of Molly Darcy’s. The atmosphere, food, & service was impeccable! We rented an umbrella & chairs on the beach and indulged in some tasty drinks from the tiki bar! This home was in the perfect location! Walking distance to several things around, & only minutes from the fun! We plan to return for as long as we’re allowed!

Family vacation ages 74 down to 4 years old
This was a perfect place for two different families staying together. We came with my husbands parents and they stayed in the lower level and we stayed in the upstairs. The walk to the beach was so close and didn’t have to cross any busy streets and the traffic is so light but also people friendly and cars will stop to let you walk across the street. Neal listed a restaurant and ice cream place that we could go to that was walking distance and we enjoyed both Molly Darcy’s outside on the patio with the ocean view and Mr. Gs ice cream was unique and fun for the whole family! It was great to have the pool and hot tub because when it was a little chilly the kids went back and forth. The upstairs had a little fishy smell but otherwise the place had a cabin feel to it and we had a great time! Everyone is friendly. Neal let us know that we could check in a little early because cleaning was done early and we really appreciated that!!

The location of this property was just minutes from the beach. Instruction for check in was easy and quick. Very quiet and secure. Super clean. If you have a choice, stay in upstairs unit. The appliances are a little more updated with more comfortable furniture. Overall, we had a great time.

We rented this for my family getaway for Thanksgiving. The furniture was so dirty and sunflower seeds under the mattress we did not stay here. We ended up having to rent another property and still had to pay for this one.

Excellent Family Vacation
This home was absolutely perfect! From start to finish I have absolutely zero complaints. The property manager was very easy to communicate with and extremely polite. My family and I stayed here for my birthday weekend 10 adults and 3 children, with the youngest being 3 and the oldest being 79 and everyone from the oldest to the youngest totally enjoyed this home. Plenty of room, clean, and even had games for the children to play. Nice quiet neighborhood. Very easy access to the beach with a nice ocean view even from 2 blocks away. Literally it was our home away from home for the weekend! When we come back to Myrtle Beach, this will certainly be our very first choice! Excellent! Excellent! Excellent!
