Nestled in a quiet, pristine, prestigious neighborhood; we welcome you to relax, take in this dreamy paradise, and breathe in the fresh ocean air. You are welcome to enjoy the scenic yard and common outdoor areas on the property including picturesque outdoor eating areas and lounge chairs in the yard. BBQ grill is welcome to our guests. Your suite includes a private deck and quaint outdoor dish washing station for your convenience. A short walk to famous beaches and the upscale yet adorable Corona Del Mar village with amazing restaurants and shops. Walk 10 minutes to Little Corona Del Mar State Beach and only a few minutes drive to Crystal Cove and Pelican Hill. Kitchenette amenities include a mini fridge, microwave, and toaster oven. Vrbo review. “The listing advertised an outdoor dining area with a BBQ, but it was located with the upstairs unit, not ours. It didn’t feel appropriate to use a space that belonged to someone else’s rental, so we couldn’t cook at the property. Also, soundproofing is an issue—you can hear everything happening in the upstairs unit. While a couple of minutes of ‘activity’ might be funny, an hour of it when you’re trying to sleep is not. The location is great, but there are other properties at comparable prices with better reviews in the area”

Peaceful sanctuary, windows looking out to an array of trees. Walking distance to restaurants and breathtaking beaches(perfect for tidepooling). Clean linens and comfy bed. Backyard is a fascinating knoll by a creek.

Great location and property. However, I’d like to suggest that the property manager supply disposable paper plates and utensils to use instead of having an outside dishwashing station with the hose. Hot water and soap are important to keeping dishes sanitary. The place overall is great, but needs renovations. Although location is what they got. We enjoyed our stay. I reserved this property because of the pictures and other reviews. So this must’ve really gone down quickly, which I doubt. Mold on the wall behind the toilet, cushions for the chairs at the table for outside dining had to be put on the chairs and the stuffing was coming out of them. The area around the table was dirty and not inviting to sit and relax to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Certainly not a place I wanted to eat at. The bench in front of the little stream had no cushion. There was no character or ambiance to the inside of the property. Inside wasn’t an inviting place to come back to, to unwind after a day out. We had the place for 4 days and left on day two. We won’t be doing VRBO again since hosts can get away with fleecing guest with pictures and who knows who is writing the reviews. I did let the host know how unhappy and disappointed we were but he just said, “ we had to realize the convenience of this location was hard to find, and that it shouldn’t be compared to a hotel”. ☹️

Beautiful property but beware of loud guests
The property is gorgeous, it is very peaceful and feels like you’re in a jungle. However, it appears there are multiple separate units stacked on each other and we were in the lower one. The 2nd and 3rd floor were a very loud and obnoxious family, and unfortunately you can hear everything through the floors. When I messaged the host one evening that my husband and I were trying to relax while they were upstairs yelling and repeatedly walking up and down the stairs, he responded promptly and asked them to quiet down. However, we were woken up the next morning by the upstairs guests screaming and cursing at each other. Not pleasant and not relaxing. We were here for two nights and had to deal with this our entire stay. Could be a different experience with respectful guests but due to risking experiencing this again, we will not be staying here in the future unless we coordinated with friends/family to book all the units.

Quant space set amongst the trees and small stream. Close to everything in Newport. Walls are thin, so we had to be neighborly and keep the noise down, but still had a wonderful stay here.

Adorable Place
Loved the place, too bad we couldn't stay and enjoyed it more as we were too busy doing other things. One little thing only is that we were on the bottom guest house and people staying above us had kids and they were a bit noisy. But other than that everything was great. PS I would post more pictures ;)
