It is a bedroom in a shared 3 bedroom ground floor unit of a 3 story house.
We have an electronic Combination keypad door lock on this room for your privacy.
This boutique bedroom is suitable mostly for a single on the affordable budget (however can fit a couple too) this ground floor room makes it also wheelchair accessible directly from street. While intimate in size, this room still offers everything guests need such as comfortable wide Queens size bed for 2 adults, shelving/closet for clothes, large window, private Air Conditioning unit for the summer & home thermostat heating in the winter. Work station desk & chair with free strong WiFi & direct access to Kitchen, bathroom, dining room, front patio & large back Garden.

Upstairs - there are another TWO FULL bathrooms, lounge with large TV, and a kitchen for your use in the other apartment if you want to !

NEIGHBORHOOD DESCRIPTION:
Williamsburg is by far New York’s most booming neighborhood; A straight 10min shot by train (L)/car ride to Manhattan across the beautiful Williamsburg bridge.
Throw a dart on the map in our area and you’ll find a comedy show, jazz hall, art showings, vintage shopping, or bars with spirits from all over the world. And the journey to these places is all walking distance; meeting characters from all walks of life with the most fascinating stories throughout your stay!
Have you wanted to eat at an authentic Jewish deli for brunch, stumble upon a street vendor who makes tamales with a secret recipe known from many generations, or you could swing over to the waterside by domino park and order $1.50 happy hour oysters (Sea Wolf), save room for dinner and experience a Mexican fine dining of foie gras with pineapple and many other tapas (Xixa), level up at a bar/ coffee shop serving till 2am (Fiction Cafe) before finding a disco on top of the Williamsburg hotel seeing the spectacular skyline of Manhattan while hanging poolside? Well, here you can do all that in a 15 minute radius!

GETTING AROUND:
There is street parking available, but we recommend using Subway trains as main means of transportation all over. Train station is right around the corner :) we don’t recommend bringing a car to New York as public transit is easier and faster.
M, J, G, Z train lines are minutes walk from the house, L train - a 10 minute walk.

IMPORTANT DETAILS TO NOTE:
There is free street parking on our street however it is depending on availability. Personally, 95% of the time I find a parking spot right outside the house, however, sometimes I have to drive around the block a couple of times, it depends on if it's a busy season in NYC...

There's one full bathroom in your apartment, if you would like to use "Bathroom 2" & "Bathroom 3" upstairs you will have to exit your unit and go into the other door to go upstairs. Reach out to the manager for the door code of the upper apartment.
If you want to use the Washing Machine & Dryer - please ask the manager and he will do it for you.
