• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged $500 fine
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.

Perfect location
This unit was perfectly located near the streetcar and bus stations and was a very walkable area. Only issue we had was the unit could have been cleaned better. Floors were missed and several items were found in the rooms that would have been removed had the cleaning been done properly. Otherwise the unit was as expected.

Everyone had a very good time. The only thing was too many stairs. Neighborhood was good learn a lot later. We were about 7 minutes walk to St Charles Street. Lots of stores and restaurant. We like the Tacos & Beer restaurant. 👌

The overall property was okay. Most amenities were broken and some not useable, (microwave, stove, cabinets falling off hinges). Also, when used the washer and dryer left black stains on towels and garments. Location of facility should be explained to quests before committing.

Diamond in the rough
So many are quick to judge an area but knowing New Orleans and the efforts to improve their community I anticipated the area to be different than home. Other than some of their communities homeless on surrounding streets we felt completely safe the entire time. This condo was amazing, our group of 6 had plenty of room for relaxing after our conference, a wonderful kitchen selection of equipment to cook while there. The beds were heavenly comfortable, The decorations were beautiful. the rooms were spacious and even had a closet to stow away suitcases to give additional room in the bedrooms during our week stay. We did have a minor issue that was responded to by maintenance so quickly we were absolutely astonished. The management and/or owners responded quickly and made the repair. Their repairman was so friendly and apologized for any issue. There were extra sheets, towels, and travel toiletries available upon our arrival. Check-in and out were seamless. One warning they give you and I want to remind you is that it is two flights of stairs so pack your backs a bit lighter. Restaurants were only a couple blocks away, a corner store was literally adjacent corner of the building, and the trolley was a quick 2 block walk; again we felt safe no matter what time of day or night we were walking to and from them. The Pontchartrain Hotel is about a 10 minute walk but the Hot Tin Roof bar and overlook provided amazing views of New Orleans. The building you are staying in as a code required access for the stair well and another code for your "apartment/condo", I suggest taking a screen shot from your email before you arrive to keep it with you and the guests you are traveling with. The photos are spot on for this place and if you choose this condo you will absolutely not be disappointed. We give it 5Stars!!

Not worth the $
Everything in there was broken. The air up front didn't work, I called maintenance, they never showed. The pictures make it look wayyyyyyyyy better than what it is. I'm sure once they first started renting this out, it was beautiful. But there is just too much wear and tear to be the price it is.

Comfortable but Has Flaws!!
Upon arrival the outside is a little scary especially when arriving at night. There's a long walk way leading to door that you would enter in with stairs. Omg please be prepared for the stairs because they are a beast. 2 flights of stairs up to the penthouse. First initial walk through is beautiful but after examining everything this place has some Flaws. First, the floors had some unlevel spots, some tiles were loose, and the shower in master water pressure was awful. There's no way to adjust the shower head because it's so high up. The water wasn't hot enough in neither bathrooms.The whole penthouse seem like it was rushed with the remodeling. The door beside the dishwasher wasn't on hinges so it kept falling as soon as you opened dish washer. The refrigerator was so hard to open and moved when trying to open it. The fire place in front living space did not work and the chairs at kitchen table is not meant for bigger guest. The things I liked about this place is the view was AMAZING!! I can't even explain that awesome view!! Just beautiful. The couch in living space was very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. We were able to change the temperature as we saw fit which was good because guest get hot at night. It was more than enough space for our group. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the stairs was a bit much so im not sure I'd rent again.
