Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Walk to Ocean Beach Park! Minutes to downtown…. Ferries to Block Island and Long Island. Train to Boston or New York. Other nearby attractions are Mystic Village, Seaport, vineyards, Casinos, Coast Guard Academy and Museum, Connecticut College and more!

1 king bedroom en-suite bath with marble shower. 1 queen bedroom.
1 bunk room with 4 twins. This level also has the kitchen/dining, living room with electric fireplace and game room with pool table, games, and seating.
3 smart TVs… 1 55” and 2 50”…. Sign in to your streaming accounts .
Lower level has open rec room w bar and queen sleeper sofa and separate office with a daybed/ trundle (. 2 twins)
Fully equipped kitchen, pots, pans, utensils, microwave, coffee, toaster, blender.
Fenced in back yard with covered patio with lots of seating, hammock, fire-pit (bring own wood or duraflame)… Adirondack chairs, gas grill, and space for lawn games ( cornhole game for your use).
Kayak access area a few blocks away ( bring your own kayaks)
Port a crib and baby gate are kept in closet under stairs.

Perfect Get-Away for Friends
I wanted to surprise my husband with a weekend get-away for him and five of his buds. The house perfectly fit those needs. Plenty of beds and space. Room for them to break out the Board Games hang and Mary was a wonderful partner in answering my questions and dealing with the "surprise" aspect of the weekend. It also turns out that the location was perfect with plenty of town for them to see if they felt like getting out of the house. 2 hours from NJ and Boston made it a nice mid-point for my guests. Thanks for everything!

Early Christmas Weekend
We celebrated an early Christmas in New London. The house was decorated with a Christmas Tree next to the fire place which added such a beautiful cozy touch. I usually bring a tree and didn’t have to. The house was packed with amenities including towels, sheets, toiletries, some coffee and plenty of games. The house was decorated beautifully and the entire family felt right at home. We planned to go to the Connecticut River Museum but didn’t want to leave the house and instead went to the local beach for a walk. The house is definitely an all season place and would love to return in the summer. The yard was great!

Wonderful family getaway house

We loved the house!! It was exactly like the pictures. Lots to do, play, and watch. Beds are super comfy, the fireplace was pretty. We had a fire out back and made s’more’s. Best couch ever! Very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this place.

We stayed here for a weekend trip as a family getaway. The check in process was simple and easy as well as communication with the host via text message. The house was clean and spacious as we had 9 people stay here. Nice neighborhood on a culdasac road and very quiet. They provided a numerous amount of games as well as a pool table which we enjoyed. The outside area was very nice if you have good weather.

Great place for wedding weekend
Our family stayed in this Lovely home the weekend of our daughter’s wedding. The house is spacious and bright. Every bed is comfortable, even the trundle bed and bunk beds. We slept well, which was so important. We had a crazy weather weekend and the heat and ac both worked perfectly. The trundle bed is in its own room, which we didn’t realize, and that was a great haven for our teenager. There was plenty of space with both upstairs and ground level living rooms. All of the bridesmaids came over on Saturday morning and there was room for all 8 of them, the bride, and us to get ready. The furnishings were very comfy. The house is clean and nicely decorated. The grounds are lovely and would have been great to enjoy if we hadn’t had so much rain and so much busyness. We were walking distance to the beach, which we also didn’t get to, due to our very busy schedule. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you to the kind owners.

We had 3 parents with one kid each in town for a volleyball tournament. We slept well on the comfy beds, enjoyed some chill time by the bonfire and TV. Appreciated the open kitchen and 3 bathrooms. And the beach walks in our downtown. Wonderful spot we enjoyed immensely.
