We were put in Unit 9, which we think is the only upstairs unit, requiring us to cart our luggage up steep steps. We wouldn't recommend it to anyone. We suspect that it was designed as a bedroom with ensuite for families staying in the rest of the building, and that during the summer it is let out separately to make more money. There is a bathroom, with a basin which multiplies as the kitchen sink and has to be used for washing dishes and filling up the electric jug, but the only place we could find to put the electric jug was in front of the TV set. There is a small fridge in a recess, with a small recycling bin above it, and another recess with a microwave. The TV didn't work and the receptionist had to come in to get it going, and the wifi didn't work initially and cut off later on as well. The worst thing is the noise from the room next door, as there is no insulation between Unit 9 and the rest of the building. As a result our sleep was constantly interrupted. A poky upstairs room. Far too small, and far too expensive for this sort of accommodation.
