The Space:
Accommodating up to four people, the property is situated on the second floor of our family home, accessible via an external staircase. You'll have the entire second floor (75m²) to yourself for full privacy (75m²).

Bedroom 1: king bed, living room, smart TV
Bedroom 2: super king bed, smart TV
Main Bathroom: shower, motion-sensor lighting, heated towel rails, underfloor heating, & complimentary toiletries.
Kitchen: fully equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, selection of hot beverages, and basic pantry staples
Laundry: washing machine & dryer.

Please note:
- Access via an external staircase makes it unsuitable for children under 12 years of age or those with limited mobility.
- No outdoor area is available, but the great location offers plenty to explore nearby.
- Free off-street parking for up to two cars is available upon request.
- Convenient self-check-in and check-out.
- No smoking, vaping, events, parties, or pets allowed.

Cancellation Policy:
Guests can cancel their booking for a full refund up to 14 days before the check-in date. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.
