Townhouse Met our Needs Very Well
Great place for 3 friends from 3 states to meet and have fun catching up! We used Uber for all our activities - hop on hop off tour, Grand Ole Opry, restaurants, Country Music Hall of Fame, Farmers Market, downtown. Loved having breakfast “at home” and a place to relax comfortably after a busy day!

Great space out of dowtown Nashville
We wanted to stay out of downtown Nashville for July 4th weekend to get away from the hustle and bustle and this was a good fit for us. The home had great space for the 5 of us. It was nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The kitchen was moderately stocked but we had what we needed to cook breakfasts.

Not far from broadway or anywhere we needed to go but close enough via Uber to get there. But not much around walking distance if that’s what you’re looking for. Would book again if we ever go back to Nashville.

The property worked for what we were doing. This property slept 7 adults comfortably. Had no issues Ubering to downtown. Not much in walking distance for restaurants and or groceries, definitely need a ride.

All in all it was a great place. Garage wasn’t very big and was unable to fit 2 vehicles (truck and car), and there is limited parking at the complex. But the inside of the property was spacious and extremely clean!

Bachelorette weekend stay
We really enjoyed our stay! Very clean and comfortable, fitting the entire group with nice decor and vibe. We also appreciated having 4 bathroom options, including showers!! A LOT OF STAIRS, just a warning that I wasn’t expecting to experience. We had very good communication with the host and they gave us all the answers to our questions. I would recommend this condo for larger groups!

Stayed here for a girls trip and we had a great time! The place was so roomy, beautifully decorated and a short Uber ride to downtown Nashville. Highly recommend! Would suggest installing a solar light above the address numbers on the garage. It was very difficult to find when we arrived at night.

They were accommodating to our early check in request for a nominal fee. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen and appliances were new and clean. There are a lot of stairs so beware of that!! Overall it was great. Would stay there again!

We had the most amazing stay during our girls trip. There was plenty of room for all of us. The space was decorated wonderfully and had everything we needed. I reached out to management with questions a few times prior to our arrival and they responded immediately. They also made some helpful recommendations for storing our luggage that worked out well for us. Great stay. Would definitely stay again!

Very nicely maintained property
My elderly mother, brother and I stayed here for a week in April. The property was very nice, centrally located to a lot of things and decorated exquisitely. It is very obvious that the owners take pride in their property. The garage was a bit short but big enough for our Murano. I liked that there was a bedroom next to the garage so that my mother did not have to walk up many steps when we arrived back after a long day. Also, the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils. My one negative was that the toilet tissue was of low quality and very rough. Everything else was of high quality. I have added this to my favorites list and would definitely stay here again.
