The space:

This is a newly renovated home with a luxury backyard, built for entertaining. This property is filled with special moments, to ensure you have a memorable experience in Naples. The entire backyard is built to provide you, your own one of a kind resort. You will enjoy time practicing putting on the green, unwinding in the hot tub and enjoying drinks at the outdoor bar perfectly situated in front of the mural for memorable photos. Kids can enjoy playing the outdoor games provided, in addition to the beach toys. You will have access to six beach chairs , a beach wagon, and cooler.

On the inside of the home, there is room for the entire group to relax and unwind. The living room provides ample space for everyone to enjoy your favorite show on the 65" smart TV. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all of your cooking essentials. Keurig coffee machine is provided, so you can wake up and enjoy your favorite cup of coffee out by the by the hot tub.

Bedroom 1 is fitted with a king bed, 50" mounted smart tv, mirror, and dresser.

Bedroom 2 is fitted with a queen bed, 50" mounted smart tv, mirror, and two nightstands. The second bedroom comes equipped with a private bathroom.

In the laundry room, you will find the washer and dryer, a wagon with some beach amenities and a cooler.

The shed in the backyard will contain outdoor games, fire wood and matches for the fire pit, as well as additional beach chairs.

Guest access:

Guests have private access to the entire property.

Pet Policy:

Pets, including service dogs, are welcome only with prior approval before booking. Approval is necessary and if approved, I kindly ask that your pet is well behaved, clean, and does not cause damage to the property. Please note that additional fees or a security deposit may apply. Hot tub use:

By staying at the property you acknowledge that you are aware of the usual and unusual risks involved and hazards connected with the use of a hot tub. You hereby elect to voluntarily participate in said activity with full knowledge that said activity may be hazardous to me. YOU VOLUNTARILY ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILTY FOR ANY AND ALL RISKS OF LOSS, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR PERSONAL INJURY , INCLUDING DEATH, that may be sustained, or any loss or damage of property, asa result of being engaged in such activity, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF RELEASES OR OTHERWISE. You further hereby AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS the RELEASES from any loss, liability, damage or costs, including court costs and attorney fees, that they may incure due to my participation in said activity, WHETHER CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OF RELEASES or otherwise. It is your express intent that this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harness Agreement shall bind the members of my family, if you are alive, and my heirs, assigns and personal representative, if you are deceased, and shall be deemed as a RELEASE, WAIVER, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE the above-named RELEASES. You hereby further agree that this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harness Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida.
