HOUSE RULES:
☀No unregistered guest are allowed. Additional guests will be charged at $100 per guest per night.
☀No smoking anywhere on property. If any of your guests' smoke inside the house, you will be charged a $750.00 Ozone cleaning fee.
☀No parties. If you host a party with unregistered guests, you will be charged $100 per guest, a $600 additional cleaning fee, and will be evicted immediately.
☀Quiet time in between 10:00pm-7:00am.
☀No wet towels or wet clothing on the furniture.
☀External doors and sliders must remain closed at all times while the AC is running. The units will freeze up and shut down, if doors are left open. Repairing an AC during the summer can take a week or more on the Outer Banks, and we don't want you to be without AC during your stay.
☀Toilet paper is the ONLY thing to be flushed down the Toilet.
☀No food or waste to be put in the kitchen sink drain. There is NO garbage disposal. (Most beach homes in the OBX are on septic and cannot accommodate garbage disposals)
☀NO GLITTER/NO DYE: Glitter is almost impossible to remove and will result in a $1,000 fine to cover excess cleaning. Do not use any temporary or permanent hair dye or other dye products in the rental. Evidence of dye will result in a $500 fine or more if damage occurs to sink, floors, carpets, etc. Primary contact is responsible for all guests along with anyone who enters the home during the stay to abide by these rules.
POOL RULES :
☀No Glass in/around pool area. We charge $1,000 to drain the pool and remove broken glass. So please No Glass around the pool.
☀No Diving
☀Swim at your own risk.
☀Pool Heating is additional $500/week. Must notify 3 days prior to arrival.
☀Pool tech will be on property to service pool mid-week of each stay.
