3 bedroom with 4 beds... - 5 minutes to Windermere House Hotel for golf /tennis, restaurants, live entertainment, spa /gym.... marina located in Windermere with BOAT RAMP... Port Carling and Bracebridge is a 15 min drive for groceries/banks & restaurants etc.
Small pets ok, if larger please ask...we have wireless internet and air conditioning.....kayak and paddle boat on-site.
kitchen & living room...overlooks the lake ....
gets the sun all day...faces southwest...dock also has sitting table and large sun umbrella for those who need some shade on the lakefront...

bedroom two has ...1 double bed,
and bedroom three has...1 single bed and 1 twin bed.

- boat access to Lake Rosseau and Lake Muskoka
- boat rental available at Windermere Marina.
- no smoking inside and no parties please...
- please bring your own bed linens/ towels and bathroom items.
note ...its appears as Utterson, Muskoka on the Map...but its actually located 5 minutes from Windermere.
Please note there are 10 stairs up to the living quarters...
