You will have access to the space in the photos as well as the backyard. We do live upstairs but the inside space is completely separate and private. We try to give as much privacy as possible but may cross paths in the front or back yards. The A/C and Heat controls are operated remotely due to it being one system. If you need any temperature adjustments while staying please let us know! The door code will be active from 3pm on your check in day to 11am on the day of check out.
