The staff was amazing very friendly, fun, the glow party was so much fun! Big shoutout to Gabby, Bubbles, Biggz, and Tevin!!
The restaurant and food options are very limited if I didn’t eat off the resort I only ate at the buffet. The menu options for the restaurants I was unable to eat because I’m allergic to shellfish, which is weird because they are not solely a seafood restaurant.
Upon entry my room was nice and cozy, but when I went to take a shower the water was trickling out of the pipe! I was heading to dinner and I went to the front desk and they advise me they would send someone while I was at dinner. However when I got back to the room nothing had been done. Eventually they came the following night and removed a filter that was blocking the water flow, not sure why that wasn’t done before I arrived.
Secondly the toilet got stopped up and overflowed, my entire bathroom and entryway was flooded. I ended up turning off the water for the toilet and cashed the front desk advising it was an emergency she said she would send someone. After about 30 minutes no one arrived so I went to the front desk, and reported it again maintenance arrived an hour and 30 minutes in total after I called in an “emergency”.
Besides those two rare mishaps the scenery was beautiful, drinks were on point. I just love how welcomed they made me feel.
