Hotel Montebello
I wasn’t so happy with the hotel.. The plug socket didnt go, the tv had everytime no signal, it was always very hot in the room (no cooling). As we booked the hotel we written that we want a double bed, got no answer from the hotel and we got 2 single beds?!, They write The Rezeption was open 24/7 but when we wanted to check out it was 7 in the morning and no one was there and the room was dark and closed. We called the hotel and they told us “put the hotel room card under the door?” very disorganized .. and we first notified in the hotel, that we would spend the first night in another hotel, because the hotel room was not ready? They did not even inform us in advance?
Even when I lost a shirt in the hotel, I wrote an email to the hotel and received no answer until today. the room maids came in the room once even though we had the 'do not disturb sign' outside on the door.
