With a prime location right next to the marina of Horseshoe Bayou and just two miles from the white sand beaches of the gulf, this lovely Miramar Beach condo is the perfect place to celebrate your next vacation with friends and family! Follow the path from your condo to the Baytowne Wharf Village, featuring more than 40 boutiques, eateries, galleries, nightclubs, and family-friendly activities that include zip-lining, outdoor festivals, fireworks shows, and winter ice skating. Bike riding, kayaking, fishing, a spa, golf, a treehouse, and putt-putt golf are all located in the resort.
From the moment you step inside, you'll love the home's bright and welcoming interior, especially when you kick back in the living room's comfy furniture to watch your favorite movies and shows on the flatscreen TV. The overhead ceiling fan will keep the room nice and cool while you entertain your guests, and you'll even have access to the furnished wraparound balcony. There's plenty of room to move around in the full kitchen, and the stainless steel appliances and ample counter space will make preparing tonight's home-cooked meal a joyous affair. Serve up to four guests at the dining table then head out to the balcony to enjoy a refreshing beverage while the dishwasher quietly takes care of all those dirty dishes. Off the kitchen, you'll find a shared bath complete with grab bars.
When it's time to wrap up an evening, you'll have two well-appointed bedrooms to take advantage of, each with its own TV, and the main bedroom featuring an en-suite bath. Hot-weather guests will love enjoying family barbecues with the shared gas grills and spending time in the shared hot tub, pool, and spa. After a refreshing swim, you can spritz yourselves off under the outdoor shower located at the pool. This second-floor home is accessible by elevator, so you can easily enter the condo, even with an armload of fresh groceries, and the private washer and dryer will keep everyone's clothes nice and clean during your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
