This spacious property features a wrap-around covered porch, a charming backyard cottage with a loft, and a private outdoor oasis complete with a hot tub and a brand-new 4–6 person outdoor barrel electric sauna—perfect for unwinding year-round.

Inside, guests enjoy endless entertainment with a full game haven including Pac-Man, Golden Tee, table tennis, foosball, electric darts, Pop-A-Shot, giant Jenga, and cornhole. Enjoy entertainment on seven HD Smart TVs with access to Xfinity NOW TV and Peacock, available throughout the property.

The themed bedrooms—Summer, Fall, Winter, Spring, and Autumn—offer a fun and unique stay, each outfitted with premium mattresses, luxury bedding, and fully protected linens to ensure comfort and cleanliness. This property was absolutely perfect for our family of 8 with kids ranging from 11 to early 20's. The owners were extremely helpful, especially when Minneapolis received several inches of snow - they were over right away for snow removal as well as addressing an item in the kitchen. Great location in Twin Cities area, highly recommend!!

My family had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday during our one week stay at Everchanging Seasobs! The house is clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. My teen and adult children enjoyed the garage area with table tennis. The kitchen was well equipped. The hot tub was an amazing contrast to the cool, snowy weather. The backyard is incredible, and the hosts were great too! Fantastic overall!

This house was so delightful. Decorated with cozy blakets and pillows, there was always a nice place to sit and chat. Beds were super comfortable. House was very clean and hot tub was easy to use and clean. Highly recommend for a get away. Outdoor decorations and space also very enjoyable. Host was easy to communicate with and very friendly. We had such a wonderful time.

Great experience. Don’t hesitate to stay here. Beds are the best. Landscaping is like a well groomed golf course and Disneyland combined. Couldn’t use it all because we were on business trip. The perfect place to host our big group of friends from all around the Midwest and our annual Renaissance Festival reunion! The house is immaculate but also so comfy, with more seating room than we could even use. The backyard is so gorgeous, I wish we could’ve stayed even longer to enjoy it. 4th of July Blast!This property had everything we wanted and more: cleanliness, spaciousness, decor, and entertainment. This was the cleanest and most comfortable place we have ever rented. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the linens were so plush that I bought the Liz Claiborne towels they had when I got home. Indoor space - We loved the three floors which allowed space to have either large gatherings or quiet rest or private conversations. We also appreciated the spacious open concept kitchen, dining room, and living room. Outdoor space - It is gorgeous, private, woodsy, and spacious with lots of areas to gather, either the rocking chairs or porch swings or picnic tables or fire pit or hot tub. There's even a model doll house and separate playhouse. Decor - such attention to detail! They even provided 4th of July themed decorations, paper products, and cups for us. They absolutely thought of everything, but if that isn’t enough, our absolute favorite feature was the game room in the garage. We had a blast using all the games for a family tournament. We are already planning next year's family reunion at this property.

Good conversations, fun and games

Clean, welcoming, well-appointed home perfect for gatherings of family and friends. Loads of comfy conversation spaces, well-equipped kitchen, 3 car garage space converted into a teens and adults game room with table tennis, foosball, pop-shot basketball, and giant Jenga, two-story club house out back, hot tub, grill and picnic table, multiple seating areas and bench swings and more. Very nice mattresses, pillows, and bedding. 4 bedrooms on 2nd floor; largest has en suite full bath; the other three 2nd floor bedrooms share a bath. Powder room on main level. 5th bedroom is in basement with an en suite bath. Newer clothes washer and dryer. Owner obviously has given considerable thought to furnishing this lovely home. Both the house and yard are well maintained, and back up to wooded area. Located on quiet street in nice, family neighborhood, just a mile or so from grocery stores and restaurants, and another mile to Interstate 35W and 35E for easy access to downtown Minneapolis and St Paul. Owners promptly responded to all our questions. Would definitely stay there again and would not hesitate to recommend this property to family and friends.

Beautiful property! No first floor bedroom

Wonderful stay, beautiful property. I was unaware there was no first (ground) floor bedroom. My initial conversation with the owner was my dad had limited mobility and we discussed the steps to the porch, no handicapped thresholds and the first floor half bath. I was good with all that but I feel that would have been the time to discuss the 15 steps to the 2nd floor bedrooms and the 20 steps to the basement bedroom. We made it work and my 86 yo dad was comfortable on a couch.

Even better than expected

This property is gorgeous and so well set up for a family vacation. Honestly, even with the great posting, the photos do not do justice to what a pleasant yard, floor plan and decor we encountered! I visited for a long weekend with 5 of my adult children and everyone was thoroughly comfortable - there were perfect places to gather and play (three man-cave type game rooms and sports watching centers). Plus plenty of space and comfortably furnished places for a quiet cup of coffee and a book. Our weather was perfect, but even if it had rained all weekend we would have had an excellent time. I cannot recommend the property more!

Nothing short of amazing!

This house was perfect. It was the cleanest house we have ever stayed in. Had all the amenities the description lists and all were top notch. The beds were super comfortable and there was lots of space to spread out. As we left we tried to think of another reason to come back to town just to stay again! It was perfect!

Spacious Taste

I would very much recommend this property for any family needing upwards of five bedrooms. There is very balanced and diverse space for all ages and the property has added recreational and outdoor activity and interest to keep all either busy or lounging depending on the mood. A great kitchen for family meals.
