We were “lucky” to be greeted by the head of the staff herself on August 10th in the evening, which was highly unfriendly, slow and very unprofessional. she was commenting back any attempt to request some service or give a feedback. For example, for the request to get a baby cod she answered that sometimes babies sleep just in the same bed with parents (by the way, hotel beds in rooms have no chance to be moved to a wall or anyhow be secured that a baby doesn’t roll down), despite having all passports (3!) but one (forgotten in the car), she didn’t offer to bring her the passport later, after we would have accommodated ourselves with the baby, nor accepted picture. It was late, after a long waiting and we were holding a tired child that was falling asleep. She also referred to the fact, the rooms we booked were via Expedia removing her own responsibility for the service.
She engaged into a long argument with us leaving other guests to queue further. She was insisting that she just “do her job”, however at the end she didn’t give us the papers to sign for the 2nd room and didn’t send the bill. We have said, that our brother works in the hotel business and this is unacceptable. When this head of staff arranged us the parking, she could not leave it without an inappropriate comment from her side either, saying that she hopes our brother is happy now.
The lady= the head of the staff stays in my story without a name only because she refused to give her name at the end.
