Although I’d like to give this hotel an exceptional review, I regretfully cannot. After flying across the country, originating from Ireland, all I could think about was getting to my hotel in hopes of being able to sleep. With all transparency, from the moment I walked into my room after setting my bags down, I noticed what appeared to be dust on the couch. After close and careful inspection, I was appalled to see hundreds of bedbugs congregated together. After complete disbelief, I had to immediately search the interior contents of my bag to ensure that the bugs had not gathered within or on my bag(s). After confirming that my personal items were not contaminated, I exited the room to the front desk. I explained my findings to the front desk associate along with pictures and videos. I was then advised that a manager would contact me. I was given another room which I thoroughly examined as I was already frustrated and exhausted. Due to the extreme exhaustion, I was then only able to sleep. After awakening the following day, I was again disappointed and astonished that management did not reach out to me. After some time, I again addressed the same associate inquiring why a manager had not contacted me. I was given the same response from the previous night “I’ll have a manager reach out.” Sadly, the same result occurred, with no response from management.
