The bedding configurations as follows -
Upstairs
1 king bedroom with walk in robe, en-suite with spa and balcony with views of Mt Buffalo.
2 x Queen Bedrooms.
1 x Double bedroom.
1 bathroom with separate toilet.
Downstairs
1 x spacious bedroom with 1 Single bunk bed, and 1 Double bunk bed.
1 x Bathroom with 2 separate toilets.
1 x Queen bedroom (only open when there are more than 13 guests and will be booked out at $50 extra per guest per night)

The property also has two spacious lounge areas, which include 65 inch flat screen TV with Netflix and Stan, complementary Wi-Fi , leather lounge to seat the family. There is a cozy wood fire for those chilly winter nights and full air-conditioning for the warmer months. The second lounge room has a 65 inch flat screen television with Netflix and Stan, 2 bean bags, and a spacious lounge suite.

The open plan kitchen looks out to Mt Buffalo. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your guests a family meal. The dining table can seat 8 guests.

Step outside to a beautiful patio with an outdoor setting, BBQ for those gorgeous long summer days and outdoor eating, lovely surrounding gardens and unbeatable views.

Buffalo River Retreat is approx. 30 minutes from Bright, 40 minutes from Wangaratta and 25 minutes from Beechworth. Lake Buffalo is approximately 20 minutes away where you can enjoy boating and fishing activities. Several wineries are within a 15 - 20 minute drive from Myrtleford.

This property does incur a Bond of $1000 which will be refunded after the cleaner attends.
