Amazing location I choose room with Kaaba View. Initially it was not available A bit late check in but it is understandable However, 5/5 during the stay for services provided by the hotel Would recommend it

Property is near the haram that's the only reason they charge for otherwise hotel lobbies are clean decorative but rooms are 3 star rated matters have dip in the middle rooms are small and corridors are smelling damp walls smell no proper ventilation at all just Air-conditioning is there if you turn it on its make room freezing cold if you turn it down they stopand rooms smells of cigarette even it was non smoking area staff were un copraative i ask for the room change they said Not possible i asked for can we change breakfast to dinner even i can pay bit extra they said no so we left 1 day before very expensive and not up to the standard

Superb location, few minutes walk to Masjid main entrance (King Abdul Aziz Gate) and you may be lucky enough to get a view of Al-Haram. There is a hotel side exit which allows you walk to directly Masjid rather than having to get through the shopping centre (which is directly opposite the Kabbah). Clean, with all facilities, great breakfast and customer service. Definitely stay there again.

Very nice hotel

Very nice hotel with loads of helping staff. Its not very close to haram as you will need to take lift to floor p5 from where you have to take another lift to reach to floor B1. This floor let you get out on Ibrahim Khalil Road. From Ibrahim Khalil Road almost 3 to 5 minutes walk depending on your pace to reach haram boundary. Its very big buffet breakfast but all precooked so no selection at your own choice.

Location: Food court at P3
