The upstairs is ingeniously arranged with 8 built-in beds, maximizing space and comfort. The ground floor features a welcoming mudroom, foyer, spacious bedrooms, including a master suite, and flows into an open-concept living space. This area includes a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, family room, and a cozy sitting room in front of an electric fireplace. Luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the home connect all the spaces.
The basement is an entertainment hub with a large game room, smart TV, and seating area. A double washer and dryer set is conveniently located for all your laundry needs. Multiple doors offer easy access to the deck and backyard, where you'll find an 8’ x 20’ heated pool (with a unique window), outdoor grill and dining area, gas fireplace, and plenty of green space to play cornhole or any other outdoor games.
At the back of the property you will find a 3 car garage that is available for your use if needed to work on ATVs or park out of the elements. There is a large parking area next to the house that also contains an EV charger.
