A short stroll to Davis Beach on Payette Lake and a few minutes farther to Ponderosa State Park where guests can hike, bike, and boat during the summer and Nordic ski and snowshoe during the winter. Ten minutes from backcountry access into the beautiful Payette National Forest and five minutes to Little Payette Lake for trout fishing. The property is just over a mile from downtown McCall and Legacy Park, public beach, marina, and boat launch and is just across the road from the Golden Glove Fairway Park and playground.
Relax in an air conditioned, spacious living room with propane fireplace and rugged rock hearth. All stainless steel appliances with granite countertops and plenty of prep space and a dedicated dining area as well as counter seating. Living, kitchen, and dining area are located downstairs as well as a guest bath. Upstairs you'll find three bedrooms - the master suite has a king bed and attached bathroom with shower. There is a queen guest bedroom and a bunk room with a twin over full bunk bed. The upstairs hall access bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

Also provided where required is propane for gas grills and enough wood for indoor fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores.
Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we're always just a phone call away.
