Just a huge thank you to Hazel who was amazing after such difficulty with airline delays and late arrival at the hotel. Hazel ensured that we were well taken care of when we arrived late and provided above and beyond service to us for our night stay at the hotel. Thank you so much Hazel for everything, we hope to visit your establishment again under different circumstances in the very near future.
