***On May 13, 2024, the Association announced a lanai reconstruction project that will start May 2024 and is expected to end October 2024. While this unit's lanai is NOT being worked on, work on select lanais will start on the Tower 4 pool side and follow around the Tower 4 building. Then work will move to the pool side of Tower 3 and continue around that building. Work will be noisy at times and is limited to 8AM to 5 PM with only limited Saturday work as needed. This is the extent of our knowledge of the project and we will update this notice when/if we get more information; therefore, there is no need to reach out with questions. If you book, no refunds will be given for noise/project related issues.***
This beautifully renovated two bedroom, two bath South Seas Tower 4 condo offers fantastic Gulf and beachfront views. As you enter this 5th floor unit, you’ll immediately notice the spacious living/dining area and the stunning outdoor scenery. The updated kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining space and the large living area that includes cozy seating, flat screen TV, and balcony access. Take in the beauty as you kick back with a cocktail and read a book or browse the internet on the hi-speed WiFi. The unit comfortably sleeps up to six people and is within minutes to the beach, shopping and dining.

South Seas Condominiums is a private, gated community just minutes away from grocery stores, restaurants, boutiques, and the beach. As a guest here, you’ll have exclusive access to amenities such as the heated community pool, fitness center, walking paths, tennis & pickle ball courts, and a putting green. South Seas is the only community on Marco Island which boasts both beach access and boat docks, which can be rented at very reasonable prices.

NOTES:
- The condo complex allows owners to make renovations to their units from May 1 to November 15 so there can be construction noise in this Tower. Work can only be done between the hours of 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, unless it is for emergency repairs.
- There is a registration fee of $100 which includes a parking pass for one car and each addtional parking pass is $100/car. The fee is paid onsite at the Manager’s Office in the lobby of Tower 3 and the registration fee ONLY applies to overnight guests.

Amazing trip
We just checked out from this condo and everything was amazing. It was exactly as pictured and the perfect place for vacation. Everyone was very nice throughout the condo. The beach is about a 10 minute walk and it’s hard in the heat but it is so worth it. A beach cart and back pack chairs were there and helped so much for the walk. We left some floats for the next people for the water. The no see ums at night on the beach and area are brutal so after the first night we amazoned some spray ( off doesn’t work) and left it there for the next guests as well. We ordered from amazon twice and had no problems. Mark was very responsive when we had some questions in the beginning of our trip. Beautiful place and amazing places to eat on the island not far at all

The condo was beautiful and the view was stunning. The condo was equipped with everything you need for your stay. The walk to the beach is about half a mile so make sure you take everything you need. The beach was clean and the water was nice. We had a good time with our family and friends.

Condo was clean and exactly as pictured. Loved the view from the balcony. We sat out there at different times of the day and it was always pleasant… always shaded. We spent a lot time at the pool and beach, it was a welcome break to relax and be out of the sun!!!

Great condo with a great beach view!!
This was our first time going to Marco Island and we love it here. This condo is great and has great beachfront views. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It is located near restaurants and any kind of shopping you will need. They had all the beach gear you need to spend the day out on the beach. There is a little walk out to the beach but it is worth it. Be sure to bring bug spray for no-see-ums they do bit at sunset & dawn out on the beach. The pool area is clean and easy to get to also. We went to Marco for the shelling and it didn’t disappoint at all. The condo buildings even have a place to wash your shells for when you are coming back from the beach. We did some shelling tours and they both are amazing companies to go out shelling with. Hemingway Water Shuttle and Reel Kind Charters and Tours are the 2 company’s we used for shelling tours. We will absolutely be back to stay at this condo!!

A Room With a View
We spent three weeks at this condominium property & absolutely loved it. The view was stunning and the property was immaculate, updated & tastefully decorated. We have been going to Marco for years & this was by far one of our favorite properties. Would definitely go back!

Tigertail Beach- a different tale
The condo is good size with plenty of storage and a nice view. The kitchen and baths were updated. We did have an issue with the showers draining slowly which Mark promptly addressed. The distance from the condo to the beach is a hike. An employee said it is 1/4 mile from the pool to the beach. The unit did have a wheeled cart that was useful to carry most things. The picture of beach chairs and umbrellas aren’t accurate. They are old mismatched pieces not the resort style shown in the pictures. The living space did not have any of the beach decorations on the shelves or tables. The couch looked newer however, it was not comfortable, it felt like you sank to the floor. If you like a firm mattress this isn’t the condo for you. To stay at. The picture shows 5 chairs on balcony, there ere only 4 and our party had 5. If the condo owners require doing laundry so you aren’t charged extra they should have washer and dryer in unit. When you hear “great beach for shelling” this means shoes are required to walk on beach....the sand is not even close to being flour like as some reviews have posted. The brochure in the unit recommended Dolphin Cove Marina...we rented a boat that was all beaten up and none of the gauges worked. Upon returning it was the honor system because the gas gauge didn’t work they said we will charge you what we used. Overall the unit was functional. We would not stay in this unit again nor would we go to Marco Island, there are too many other great beaches to visit. Our family always enjoy vacations, some are better than others.
