Welcome to your home away from home. The condo is consistently refreshed with ALL NEW bedding, linens, kitchen essentials, furniture and beach items. The condo is light, bright, clean, and cozy, boasting a modern tastefully decorated "beachy" feel. We look forward to hosting you!

Our 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo is on the 6th floor, with stunning unobstructed beachfront ocean views. It's well cared for and organized.

***IMPORTANT APOLLO CONDOMINIUM BEAUTIFICATION PROJECT 2024: ******
From May 3-November 29, 2024, the Apollo Condominium is undergoing a beautification project. The entire building, including individual lanais is being painted. Starting Sept. 3, Swing Stage Setup and Exterior Painting Work will be starting on units ending in “03,04,05” on lanais and exterior of the building. This equipment will be used to facilitate the exterior painting of the building, including the railings, ceilings, and walls of lanai’s.
What You Need to Know:
• Work Area: The painters will be accessing the exterior of the building, focusing on painting the railings, ceilings, and walls of the lanai.
• Work Hours: The work hours for the painters are Monday through Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm.

Pre-Registration is required by the Apollo Condominium HOA for all guest. Please ensure once you receive the link (I will send it to you), you register at least 48 hours prior to the date of your arrival.

BEDROOM: King sized bed, with an HD TV., iron & ironing board. Nightstands with drawers and closet with plenty of extra linens & towels.

THE KITCHEN: Kitchen is fully stocked and has a dishwasher, stovetop/oven, microwave, refrigerator/ freezer; dishes, pots/pans, utensils, coffee maker, Keurig, and a blender. We supply hand soap, and a roll of paper towels to get you started with your stay.

THE BATHROOM: Bathroom is a tub/shower combo. We provide a hair dryer, hand soap and a roll of toilet paper.

BEACH CLOSET: The beach closet has all the beach-going amenities, including 2 beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, and beach towels.

Apollo Condominium has a private gated parking entrance, heated beachside pool, spa/hot-tub, fitness room and 2 tennis courts.

LAUNDRY: Washer & dryers are on each floor of the building down the hallway near the elevator. The machines accept coin/credit card payments.

The Apollo also provides an on site "beachfront" restaurant & bar, called the Sunset Grille located on the first floor where you can enjoy outdoor dining and drinks.

Due to the condos 505 square foot size, the maximum allowable people in the condo is 2 PEOPLE ONLY. We want you to be comfortable, not “cramped”.

PARKING: The condo complex is gated and requires a parking pass, which you get for a $45 Fee. This fee covers your entire stay. The parking pass will get you an assigned covered parking space. There is also a $75 refundable deposit for the parking pass. This deposit will be refunded from the condo association upon your departure.

The $119 Property Protection fee covers things such as replacing broken/damaged furniture, carpeting, blinds, flood, fire, etc., and will be added at the end of booking your reservation.

Travel Insurance is Highly Recommended: InsureMyTrip is one option and it’s best to choose “Cancel For Any Reason”, to protect your vacation & your money. COVID-19 is no longer a surprise, as it’s been here since early 2020. Therefore, this will not constitute as a reason for a refund or a reschedule. This is why we recommend purchasing Travel Insurance.

-The Hilton & The Marco Walk Plaza are only a half mile away, where you have many choices in restaurants, a movie theater, shopping and an ice cream shop!

-Caxambas Marina (where ski adventures, paddle boarding and kayaking all begin) is also less than a mile away.

Renting during “Turtle Season” requires patio lights off & condo blinds closed by 9pm until 7am. Significant fines are given by the Fish & Wildlife Management, if the rules are not followed. This fee will be the responsibility of the renter to pay. Turtle Season is from May 1st-October 31st.

Wonderful stay!
The condo itself was comfortable, well organized (bins with extra items/supplies) and overall perfect for what we were looking for in a beachfront stay. The view from the 6th floor balcony was gorgeous and relaxing. The well supplied beach closet (wagon, chairs, umbrellas, cooler) was very much appreciated. Convenient walk to beach at the southern (less busy) end of Marco Island. Corrie was easy to communicate with and responded to any questions promptly. Overall, a truly wonderful stay and experience. Highly recommend!

Perfect condo for couple on Marco Island
Corrie’s condo on Marco Island was the perfect place to stay for a couple of days before my husband’s conference at the Marriott. Honestly, we wish we could have just enjoyed the remainder of the week at this condo instead of having to move. It was perfect. It was clean and had all the essentials that anyone would need for a stay. Our favorite part was sitting on the patio each evening to watch a perfect sunset. Outstanding Host
We were so looking forward to staying at this condo. Unbeknownst to the host until a week prior to our arrival, the entire building was being prepped for a major paint job. The work was being done during our entire stay. Corrie notified us immediately. Initially, she requested work not be done near her unit during our stay. The night before our arrival, Corrie was made aware the disruption was a lot worse than she was initially told. She didn’t want our vacation ruined, so she offered us a 100% refund, and also sent us a link to an available unit in the condo complex next door. Even though I can’t review the actual condo since we didn’t stay there, I would absolutely rent this unit solely based on my interaction with Corrie and her outstanding customer service. I look forward to returning to Marco Island some day and staying in Corrie’s condo.

Great place with everything you need
Everything was easy with Corrie, from booking to departure. The space we perfect and we were able to enjoy the amenities that were at our fingertips. There were back up supplies and all the equipment that you need for the beach, chairs, umbrellas, towel and a great wagon to transport them in. We were able to watch the sunset every night from the balcony or beach. It was a wonderful place and very responsive communication, we will definitely stay there again.

Wonderful accommodations
We stayed at the Apollo with a beachfront ocean view of gorgeous sunsets every evening! But what really made our vacation wonderful was the accommodations provided by our host Corrie. The unit was tastefully decorated with every conceivable amenity provided. Clear instructions were provided in advance to allow for a simple check-in with no headaches. Corrie was always available to answer any questions and I would highly recommend the Apollo and the unit owned by Corrie.

We stayed two weeks and couldn’t have been more pleased. Although small, it was perfect for the two of us. The unit is well appointed and the owner has thought of every detail including supplies such as extra toilet paper, and other consumable toiletries. The best location!
The condo was exactly as shown. Kitchen was stocked perfectly for 2 people. There is plenty of room but you wont want to spend much time inside anyway. The very best part is the location. You are just a few steps from the beach which is where you will want to be. Just take the beach chairs (which are in the storage closet) and enjoy. The sunset views from the balcony are absolutely beautiful.

Comfortable Condo with breathtaking view
My husband and I were very pleased with the convenience and comfort of this condo. Being right on the beach was such an advantage and truly enhanced our experience. Watching the sunset from the balcony was the highlight! The owner Corrie was very attentive and responsive. Wonderful condo! The view is great and so close to the ocean. Things we appreciated: Having both table/chairs and chaise lounges on the balcony. The outdoor closet was well stocked with items to enjoy the beach and kept the sand out of the unit. A wagon, two styles of beach chairs, an umbrella, plus umbrellas that attach to the chairs. A well-stocked kitchen area and a restaurant downstairs. Luggage stand in the bedroom. The comfortable unit is as describes with accurate photos. We would definitely stay there again!
