On one of Marbella's finest beaches this privately owned Apart-Hotel suite has over 1,300 sq ft (126 sqm) of accommodation (average UK house size).

During July/August Saturday changeovers only, rest of the year 4 or 5 night minimum stay with flexible changeover days. Set WITHIN THE ALANDA CLUB MARBELLA this 1st floor Apartment suite has full hotel facilities. From the balconies are lovely views with the BEACH LESS THAN 150m AWAY.

Elviria is situated in east Marbella, in a leafy green conservation area, less than ten minutes from Marbella’s bustling town centre, close by there is a bus stop shuttle running to the busy Marbella town centre.

Elviria is a thriving area with some of the coasts best restaurants within walking distance. There's also a variety of cafes and bars, banks, supermarkets and other small local shops all close by.

This Apartment offers great on-site facilities within the private 4/5* Clubhouse (one minute walk from Apartment) i.e. OUTDOOR & INDOOR HEATED SWIMMING POOL, SPA tub and SAUNA. GYM, indoor SQUASH Court, SNOOKER room, KIDS GAMES ROOM, table tennis, ORGANISED KIDS CLUB & play area and additional OUTDOOR POOLS & JACUZZI. RESTAURANT& BAR with lounge & outdoor terrace with live entertainment some nights.

LOCATION:
The Apartment is safe, secure and quiet yet within a few minutes walk you have every thing you need for a fabulous holiday; fantastic beach, numerous Restaurants, Cafes & Bars. You don't need a car.

Within a couple of minutes walk there are the Alanda Club House facilities and various shops, supermarkets, banks, chemist, bus stop, tennis, various indoor & outdoor leisure activities - if you don’t wish to get in the car you don’t have to - it’s all within comfortable walking distance.

The Apartment is located in the Alanda Club apartments, in the area slightly closer to the beach, we have a location map showing the exact location of the apartment that we send out with any booking enquiry.

You are within a protected Andalusian leafy green conservation area which is situated in east Marbella. The Alanda’s location very desirable, testimony to its desirable location is that The Alanda Club Marbella is situated right next to the internationally renowned Don Carlos Hotel one of Marbella’s top 5 star Hotels & next to “Nikki” Beach Marbella where the rich & famous often frequent the beach and club.
*The Alanda is officially 5 Gold Key star Rated and 4 star Tourist Board rated.

ROOM OCCUPANCY & PARKING:
The Apartment Suite is like having two Hotel Rooms plus a large living area with balcony and fully equipped kitchen all connected that can comfortably accommodate a whole family, four adults or two couples with kids (cots and high chairs available) if use the double size sofa bed can sleep up to six, or would suit a couple wanting spacious luxury accommodation.

There is also car / bike parking via secure electronically controlled gates leading to an underground garage space, discreetly situated directly under the Apartment block, with direct lift access to this first floor Apartment.

The telephone connected directly to Hotel reception (dial 9) where if you wish you can order a taxi etc or request maintenance should you have any problems.

The Apartment has its own dedicated 100Mb fibre Wi-Fi internet with super-fast internet for all guests, perfect for streaming Netflix or movies (TV also has full UK, Spanish channels plus Irish, French, German, Russian, Nordic plus other international channels)

Fantastisches Feriendomizil
Die Wohnung befindet sich ganz in der Nähe des Strandes im Stadtteil Elviria. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch jede Menge Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung selber ist modern und äußerst funktionell eingerichtet und verfügt über drei nagelneue Bäder. Es gibt wirklich nichts auszusetzen. Auch wenn es einmal ein kleines Problem gab, wurde dieses sofort gelöst. Die Wohnungseigentümer sind permanent ansprechbar und helfen sofort. Vielen Dank!

immer wieder gerne, sehr schöne Anlage
die Wohnung ist so wie auf den Bildern. Die Pools sind sehr schön, Aufteilung der Wohnung prima und die Rezeption bemüht sich sehr. Also wir können die Wohnung empfehlen und werden sie sicher auch wieder mal buchen. Was wir uns gewünscht hätten, wären mehr Badetücher :-) - also man bekommt pro Person eines für 3 Tage => d.h. man sollte vielleicht doch auch was im Koffer haben, wem das zu wenig ist. Wir haben viel gewaschen am Abend, es gibt Waschmaschine und Trockner. Der Vermieter hat einen Vollvertrag mit dem Club, daher darf man alles machen, das ist prima. Uns hat vor allem der Pool bei der Rezeption mit Poolbar gut gefallen :-) Preis-Leistung stimmt.

Great location a short walk to the beach
The apartment is in a gated location a short walk to the beach and a nice selection of restaurants and a supermarket and other shops. Being only 35 mins or so from the airport you don’t need a car, we had a pre booked transfer . The apartment itself is well set up for what you need to have a lovely holiday and is comfortable with a lovely pool which we found to be fairly quiet with sun beds. The area is one we have been to before and is very nice and would definitely return here and to the apartment.

Gorgeous Apartment in Elvira Marbella
A wonderful 5 day break in this beautiful apartment. Location is perfect as we decided to travel without a car. Close to many bars and restaurants as well as shops. Beautiful beach and walks close by. We used buses and taxis to take us to Marbella and PB. The weather was cold and miserable for our first 2 days, so grateful for the super amenities in the apartment. The beds were comfy and the bathroom and showers modern and powerful. We ate at a local restaurant called Tony’s superb paella and La Skala Sunday Brunch was a great way to spend a wet Sunday under cover with lovely food and entertainment. If visiting PB I recommend Gold Restaurant for fabulous pasta and Pizza and sunset views. The owners have accommodated us with a late check out, really appreciated so we can enjoy our last full day soaking up the sunshine now it’s arrived! Just wish we had time to enjoy the terrace more. Maybe an excuse to return. Thank you for your hospitality!

Top Quality.
My wife and I spent a month in the apartment. When we checked in we both remarked how helpful the reception staff were and they continued to be exceptionally polite and helpful, including when we locked ourselves out! The apartment has been beautifully renovated, the appliances are really good quality and everything works, Wi-Fi, TVs, aircon and showers. Grocery shopping played a significant role in our winter break and it was really convenient having an underground parking space adjacent to the lift. Finally, we thought the location was excellent - just a few minutes walk down to the beach (good bars/restaurants) and the supermarkets, cafes, bars and restaurants in the opposite direction.

Great Central Location
We are two couples and stayed for 8 nights to explore the Malaga/ Marbella area. This flat is clean with an excellent outside porch. Plenty of space to enjoy togetherness as well as alone time. Walking distance to beach and a few nice resturants. Nice pool outside our Apartment as well as the main pool at the Lobby / Bar area. We did not cook any meals, but the Kitchen was full stock with utensils, pots, glasses and dishes, Remeber to bring your toiletries since only hand soap is provided. Club common Area and surrounding streeets were quiet at night, appearred/felt safe, and very clean. Aladana Club staff are friendly and helpful. We had a car and eat most meals in downtown Marbella. Taxi and Uber are easily avaliable also (about 20E to downtown). Easy acess to A7/AP7 roads along the coast to visit other areas. Very good comms with owner when booking and check-in/out was simple.

Excellent apartment, everything is of a very high standard and could not fault it one bit. Great terrace with seating especially on a evening with a nice bottle of wine.Located on a nice complex with plenty of facilities. The area is really good with plenty of lovely restaurants. This property comes exactly as advertised. Ample room with a great deck size. But the best thing is that it’s situated in the perfect spot, for groceries , beach and ample restaurants, all within walking distance.. the only thing it needs is a gas bbq, but that might be a propert association decision.. would come again in a New York second.

Lovely holiday once again relaxing and only 17 euros in a taxi to Marbella plenty of great restaurants nearby but do have to walk across a small flyover to get there which could be tricky if you have younger children or a buggy.

Fantastic Property
Just returned from a week at this fabulous appartment. This was an absolutely gorgeous luxurious appartment with a lovely outside space where we spent most of our time when at the apartment. The check-in was easy and the appartment was super clean, with a full kitchen with modern appliances and everything you would need. As 4 women we were definitely appreciative of the 3 full bathrooms with their beautiful modern spacious shower spaces. The whole place is modern and chic and it was a delight to stay here. The pool area was great with plenty of sun beds, however the beach is a mere 3 minute walk. A short walk to plenty of restuarants and supermarkets. Half hour drive to Malaga airport and short car/taxi ride into Marbella and Puerto Buenos. Easy to get a taxi from hotel reception. It was nice to live the best of both worlds, having a full appartment and hotel services. Amanda and Adam responded quickly to any messages sent before and during our stay and we all said that we would definitely come back. You are missing out on a gem of a property if you don't book!

Very nice apartment
We had a great stay (family of 4, with two children). The apartment is beautifully renovated, with a modern kitchen, luxurious bathrooms and a nice size terrace. On our arrival, the blinder of one of the windows was broken, but was immediately repaired after informing the reception. All very friendly people at the Alanda Club. Right next to the beach and chiringuitos. We especially liked El Laurel. There is also an area with a supermarket, bars and restaurants 5 minutes away (walking), but you need to cross a busy road to get there. If you want to move around, you do need a car. As a minor recommendation, it would have been useful to have some basic household products available, like salt & pepper, dishwashing soap, some kitchen towels and cloth. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend it.

Space (lots of it) at the beach
The apartment was everything we had hoped for. Large, clean, with modern conveniences, and a stroll to the beach. Shopping was very convenient, and the Club put on shows (Flamenco and a Singer) each week. Recommended.

Fantastic apartment
Beautiful apartment with great WiFi also heating for this of year was incredibly effective. Apartment Furnished to such a high spec with everything we needed included with great restaurants close by. Beach was just down the road. Would highly recommend staying here. Owners were helpful for checking in details etc (although we just had to go to reception for key collection and drop off). My stay was a short one for business but don’t think I could stayed in a better place and will return for family holiday. Thanks

Best holiday ever!
Superb apartment, immaculate and beautifully presented. The location has everything close by, we ate in some lovely restaurants to suit all budgets and within walking distance. The sandy, pretty beach is minutes walk from the apartment with fantastic beach restaurants. We’ve been to Marbella a few times before, but this apartment and location was the best and surpassed our expectations. We will be back and would highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful apartment!
Wow we have been blown away by this beautiful apartment! Recently refurbished to a very high standard, we have been lucky enough to stay here first. The bathroom showers are the best we've ever had and although we didn't do very much cooking (as the restaurants close by are so varied and superb), the kitchen is thoughtfully laid out, with gorgeous marble work tops. The detail is like nothing we've seen before, even the electrical sockets are hidden in the worktops, so leaving clean lines and a clutter free kitchen. The whole apartment is very light with good sized rooms, with TV's mounted on the walls of the 2 bedrooms and living room. As we stayed in January it was important to us that there was heating in the apartment (especially with the beautiful marble floors) and so we were pleasantly surprised that the new air conditioning units heated the apartment up very nicely. The facilities on the complex are good, but the real bonus's were the fantastic restaurants and being so close to the fabulous sandy beach. Overall we had a wonderful stay at this apartment and can't wait to visit again soon. The owners were extremely helpful with my various questions before and during our stay. I would highly recommend this stunning apartment. Having never left a review before, I hope other people find this helpful especially as previous negative reviews were pre the renovation, so I would only note any reviews from this point on - you won't regret it!
