Hotel was lovely and room comfortable, beds excellent. Service at front desk and in spa really good. Breakfast was busy and knowledge of gluten free food questionable. The area marked ‘gluten free area’ consisted of a toaster and nothing else. Could be a lovely hotel but a bit more knowledge needed.

Great one night stay. Clean. Great breakfast with really good choice. Asked for poached eggs soft. Came hard. But still a great stay.

Generally not a bad hotel for a city centre location. This is the budget side of Radisson though. Very disappointed with the health club and pool, tried to use the pool but was told it was full with around 10 people in it, got told to come back in an hour. There didn’t seem to be any system in place that would guarantee we would get in then either, there’s no warnings of busy times or limitations when booking. We specifically booked this hotel due to the fact it had a pool, only to be turned away and unable to use it!

The breakfast was good with a wide range of food to offer. The bedroom was a good size but the bathroom had a very weird layout and the shower was poorly designed.

Stayed before numerous times always paid for breakfast, as good quality & unlimited. Last stay breakfast items reduced not as much oprions but still good quality
