Zu kleines Zimmer bekommen obwohl ich ein Doppelzimmer gebucht habe, dreckiger Teppichboden. Dafür direkt in Stadt mitte

This Was priced really well. Great location for transport options and shopping and a good base to explore Manchester. Only a few niggles. Some staff amazing and friendly like the lady in the restaurant jamboree with the bright red hair. Didn’t catch her name but she was very attentive. Bar staff though seemed unsure about what cocktails were available and said only two could be made due to missing ingredients but we mentioned we could see the ingredients so the lady reluctantly said ok but the attitude wasn’t really that friendly from those two women behind the bar in general. We also had no shower soap on arrival and when asked it wasn’t put in so I asked again that afternoon and he said it would be 10 mins and he would get some brought up. That never happened and That evening I asked the front and was told they couldn’t find any? Then I was handed the soap after a long time and told just to leave it in the shower. Instead of making sure it was taken and put into the holder? Not massive things but just a bit lazy and inconsistent. Walls are very !! Thin so ask for a quieter floor if possible and take earplugs if you are a light sleeper. As it’s city centre based lots of late night groups coming back and making noise. We could hear the people next door talking ! Having Said all this it’s well worth a visit for a cheap and basic weekend and I do recommend it
