Cozy retreat
We enjoyed our time @ this cozy retreat. I loved the outdoor deck along with enclosed deck. Pick your spot for the time of day. Alot of activities & sight seeing within mammoth lakes & beyond. Highly recommend for any time of year!!

mammoth is beautiful
The unit has been very much upgraded but needs a few small improvements. The dining room chairs are cheap plastic with no cushions as are the 2 deck chairs. No table on the deck and no grill. You get a place to stay and cook--no pool, no work out area, no tennis, no hiking trails, peek a boo view but you look out at construction. Very good location.

Bright and spacious
A very spacious and open 2 bedroom 3 bath. We stayed one week here and we enjoyed every moment. We especially like that it was airy and bright with the windows and sliding doors. We would definitely stay again.

Nice Large Updated Space
Enjoyed our stay, house was comfortable and clean. Quiet neighborhood, super close to Mammoth Resort. Great large open concept layout upstairs with living room and kitchen. Wish we could have opened the door to the outdoor balcony but sadly screen door was not installed, and just sitting on the balcony during our stay. They did try to call to come and fix during our stay but unfortunately my phone did not have great reception and I did not get their voicemail until we checked out. Otherwise, really had a great stay and would stay again!

Beautiful Property
Property was extremely clean, kitchen well-stocked and beds were very comfortable. The only criticisms I can come up with are 1) the recycling bin was pretty far away (an outside trash bin was much closer) and 2) placement of the unit made it difficult for both cars to park right near the entrance. Both of these issues pale in comparison to how much we liked the unit, which is DEFINITELY on our return to visit list.

Great stay and walking distance to bluesapalooza. Quiet and off the Main Street with green space out the back for a secluded view and feel. The management company was responsive and check in was easy. I would rent again.

Great updated modern space to stay. The kitchen was well stocked. There is no AC, as it is considered a luxury in Mammoth which is fine. However, there were no extra fans for the bedrooms which made it slightly unpleasant during the day. I asked for an early check in and check out which they both could not accommodate, which, I get happens. The reason they said no was because the cleaning crew needed time to get the place ready. But when I arrived the place wasn't completely clean. I had to do my own wipe down in the bedrooms and kitchen. Overall, they are responsive and it is a cute place. I enjoyed my stay but wished they would've been a bit more accommodating. Service over a corporate feel can go a long way.

Would come back again!
We had a really great time at this property. Everything was nicely updated and very comfortable. The sleeping situation was great - one bedroom had plenty of space and beds for our four kids, the attached bathroom was a huge plus. The master was downstairs next to true kids bedroom and also had an attached bath. Upstairs was perfect for games and movies and eating. We had a lot of fun together at this condo and would love to come back! The only reason for the 4-star review had to do with the check-in process. We were never sent the official directions and code to get in and had to call a few times before reaching someone who talked us through how to get to the exact condo and then followed up with sending our “welcome packet,” which usually is sent the day before or morning of travel. We also had power issues in our master bathroom that we called about. Somebody was supposed to come and look at it, but nobody ever showed up so my husband and I just used the upstairs powder bath instead, which was fine. Overall we loved the property and would definitely come back and stay again!!
