Indigo Days on Cedar Creek Reservoir, is a luxury lakeside bungalow set on a quiet cove with views that will take your breath away. From the moment you arrive you will catch a glimpse of the water through the glass entry door. Upon entering this retro home, it's openness will entice you with the vaulted ceiling, white coastal wood paneling, and it's tri-level atmosphere.

Four bedrooms including a bunk room will check all the boxes for sleeping your crew. Comfy beds and blackout roller shades make these rooms perfect for some shut-eye! Upon awakening, roll up the shades to your tranquil view of the east Texas countryside and water.

This Enchanted Oaks neighborhood is among the most sought out area of Cedar Creek Lake. Take a walk through the community on one of the streets that winds along the shoreline. Two community boat ramps are available to you. A quick trip into town will offer you water vehicle rentals, a Walmart for stocking up and a variety of liquor stores. And if you have always wanted to attend Canton's 1st Monday Trade Days, that is only a short 30 mile drive through the beautiful East Texas back roads.

Head up the stairs to the large game room complete with tv watching area and pool table that can also double as a ping pong table. Step out onto the outdoor balcony to again take in the view. There, you can also admire the expansive backyard which is shaded by 11 towering trees. Park your boat or jet skis at our dock. Enjoy both levels with a swing on the lower level and 2 padded loungers on the party deck. Let the children take out one of the 2 mini kayaks into the cove; enjoy the new paddle board; lay on the Lily Pad; take a nap on one of the 4 cushioned loungers; play a game of corn hole on the grass; make s'mores in the fire pit; fish from the dock (which houses crappie condos); sit on the party deck and take in the rays; grill up some grub on the gas and/or charcoal grill, lay in the hammock, or grab a drink and breathe in the beauty!

Enchanted Stay!
Kim was an amazing host! We booked last minute, and she was incredibly accommodating to our family of four. This was our first time experiencing lake life at Cedar Creek Lake, and both the home and Kim set a high standard for any future stays in the area. The kids were thrilled with the treehouse-like feel of the home and, of course, the game room. My husband and I loved the peaceful sunrises and the serenity of the property. This weekend truly recharged our souls, and we can't wait to return. Thank you, Kim, for being such a fantastic host and sharing your beautiful home with our family!

Family fun weekend
Very happy with the house. Were able to keep 2 boats stored at the dock house. Kids were able to fish from the dock and swim in the shallow water. AC kept up as did the hot water. Back yard and patio area would be amazing if it were cooler. Host was super helpful and very easy to communicate with. We would easily stay here again.

Family, Friends, & Fun
I liked this property so much that I booked it two weekends in a row in June. The first weekend was enjoyed with my family (23 years old and up). The location of the property and it's lake view is spectacular! We were so happy to use their boat lift and truly enjoyed a long weekend of water sports. The cute blue house has plenty of space to spread out both indoors and outdoors. In fact, we only used 3 of the 4 offered bedrooms. The gameroom was a huge bonus. Who knew my family loved to play pool! There was so much to do and play at this vacation home, we simply ran out of time. The second weekend was with three couples and was a little more relaxing. We enjoyed floating on their lily pad and comfy floats right off the dock. A few of us used their paddle board to venture around the quiet area. We also cooked a lot. The kitchen is appointed to take care of anything you want to do. We used the counter ice maker, Kerig, traditional coffee pot, and so much more. I don't think you will miss anything. When we had a hiccup, the owner and her husband immediately addressed it and tried to remedy it. They are completely hands on. I highly recommend this rental and will most likely visit again. They have honestly thought of everything to make your vaca great. Bonus is that it is one hour from Dallas!!

We spent the weekend here to reminisce because my husband used to own this lake house maybe 7-8 years ago. It has since been renovated and we enjoyed our stay tremendously. Great location. Weather and water were perfect! Paddleboard & corn hole were awesome. Will book again!

Great communication with the owner...easy check in and check out...amazing back yard, patio, fire pit area and two story dock. The game room and back yard sold us on the rental and did not disappoint. The game room was the perfect place for my son and his friends to hang out in. Unfortunately, the renters before us left the place in horrible condition. The owner was upfront and let us know of some issues beforehand that we might encounter upon arrival. We were very happy with our stay here.

Perfection
We were able to secure this lake property after a cancellation of our original plans in East Texas due to storm damage. We were celebrating our son’s recent high school graduation with his friends. They had a great time because this place is set up with so much to do. There was plenty of room for all 9 of us. The house was clean and everything worked as advertised. The owners made the check-in process as easy as I have ever experienced and were always available to answer any questions or concerns. We loved this place and hope it will be available for us to visit again in the near future.

The property was as described, it was a great experience for all. The amenities were honestly a bit better than I had expected, having stayed in quite a few rentals before. I was impressed with the furniture quality, and everything was in good working order. We enjoyed the fire pit and outdoor games, and had a great time overall, no complaints! Loved the game room upstairs with pool/pingpong table and large tv for watching movies.

Family Christmas getaway
We had a great family Christmas at Kim’s beautiful house. The huge game room upstairs was a hit with everyone. The kitchen was very well equipped and our grown kids prepared our meals there. There were several places close by if we had planned to go out. The kids don’t ever want to go out to eat. They just wanted to play. The yard and dock were so nice and the fire pit was awesome. We had a fire place or firepit fire each day and night. The Christmas Tree and decor were perfect. Booking a house for my family is a great way to spend time with family and I can relax and just enjoy them. We would love to go back. It would be great in the summer too when we could enjoy the water activities. Thanks Kim. You were great to work with.
