The whole place was fantastic and all the staff were great and so so friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

Clean room. Very comfortable bed.

Pros: Everything. I didn't have breakfast included but that's what I chose, so can't comment on that. But overall, it was lovely and I would stayagain.
Location: I met friends but there are lots of things to do in St Annes. Go and see for yourself!
I was upgraded to a larger room as my key didn't work in the room originally booked. I had a lovely comfortable bed and gorgeous bathroom. All very clean. I slept like a log for the first time in ages.

clean and comfortable room recently refurbished

Pros: standard of finish of the rooms
Cons: minor point - two pieces of ceiling lining paper room 261 need refixing
Location: Hotel has seafront location. Zen restaurant (Tha)i and Imli (Indian) in St Annes highly recommended. Imli Sunday menu excellent value.
Excellent value for money. Nice clean well furnished rooms. Old premises but nicely renovated

Amazing hotel

What an amazing hotel. We stayed just one night and the service was perfect to the extent that we've booked again to bring the kids. The staff are easy to approach and happy to help and so friendly my partner wants our wedding there. We would recommend to anyone also the room was imacculate and the food was cooked and place on your plate beautifully

Nice hotel, great staff

Great hotel in a really nice location just seconds from the beach. The staff were brilliant.

Good hotel at a reasonable price.

Pros: Easy to get to and loads of parking. Good full English breakfast.
Cons: Should consider including breakfast like most places. It was extra.
Location: Very handy for Blackpool without being in the thick of it. Excellent golf within 10 minutes.
