From the moment you walk through the bright and inviting entrance you get excited to explore as you head up the polished timber staircase to uninterrupted million dollar views of ocean and beach. If the ocean isn't what you are there for you can also watch the golfers wander around the course off your balcony.
The upstairs area offers open plan living design at its best with a fully appointed entertainer's kitchen and 2 of 3 outdoor decks.
The master bedroom located upstairs is fully equipped with a large walk in robe, TV and private ensuite as well as large floor to ceiling windows to gaze out at the ocean before heading out for the day.
The downstairs offers a whole separate living and entertainment space with easy access to the large yard for games and running about, a basketball hoop and cosy chill out lounge and kitchenette for down time.
The property sleeps up to 8 adults with 3 large bedrooms downstairs offering single or queen sleeping options. There are 2 powder rooms for practicality and a family friendly bathroom with bath and shower options.
