Yes 2 suites in one! The private entrance opens to give you connected access to both suites, The Julep and The Lily.

The Lily is a spacious urban modern 3 Bedroom suite featuring exposed painted brick walls, sleek kitchen and bath, all new appliances and high end furnishings. Comfortably sleep 8 with one King and three Queens.

The Julep is a spacious urban modern 2 Bedroom suite featuring exposed painted brick walls, sleek kitchen and bath, all new appliances and high end furnishings. Comfortably sleep 6 with three plush queen beds.

Both suites have large open concept living rooms/kitchens perfect for large groups to gather, eat, drink or watch TV. Gather together or use all the space to enjoy some privacy. Great views of Market street and the Nulu Marketplace South courtyard.

Both suites have laundry areas with new washers / dryers. All amenities and furniture are brand new and selected for a comfortable stay. Coffee Maker and Coffee included. 4K Smart TVs with YouTube TV for local and cable channels as well as your favorite streaming accounts.

Bourbon Trail Visit
This condo was the perfect choice for our Bourbon Trail visit. We had 8 adults in our group, and had plenty of space to relax after a day on the urban bourbon trail and a day out in the country. The location couldn’t be better! We loved walking to Angel’s Envy for a tour, and just down the stairs for dinner at Emmy Squared Pizza and also to Grind for delicious burgers. Hanging out on the deck/balcony after dinner was so fun! The beds were very comfortable and everyone slept great. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a great centrally located spot. We walked to pretty much everything we wanted to. Ease of communication with the owner was great. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone on our trip mentioned when they come back to Louisville they’d look this place up again.

I booked this for a group of friends for my husband’s 40th. This place was amazing! The place is clean and modern, communication was almost instant and the location couldn’t have been better! Best spot to be in
This is probably the best place to stay if you want to go to Louisville. The place is spacious and clean and just outside outside of downtown Louisville. If you don't want to go far, there are food and drink spots in the Marketplace. Food spots just outside the Marketplace are great as well. If you want to go into downtown Louisville, hop on a scooter and be there in 5 minutes. Highly recommend this place for your next Louisville trip.

Great place at an awesome location.
Great place at an awesome location. Seemed like a strange location but it just works perfectly. Walking distance to great distilleries and attractions. The best part were the amenities in Market Square in the courtyard. Emmy Squared had all of us talking about the great pizza and sandwiches available. Lovely oasis in a vibrant neighborhood
This was a perfect place to stay for our ladies trip to bourbon country. We enjoyed the variety of restaurants, coffee shops, bars and retail all within a block. The courtyard was lovely and was not loud in the evenings. There is an elevator at the entrance to the courtyard that was useful with all our luggage. The property was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space, closets, hangers, counter space, etc. We would come back to this property next time we're in Louisville.

Great property!
This was a great property to stay at for our group of 7. Everything exceeded expectations. The place was clean, modern, and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it. Parking was a challenge only once during peak times, but otherwise it wasn't too bad. There's some good places to eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner right there. If you are up for a 15 min walk (or an even quicker Uber ride), I highly recommend you try Agave and Rye for lunch or dinner.

Perfect Unit For Big Group - Highly Recommend!
This property was amazing and exactly what we were looking for. We had 4 separate families that included 8 adults, 3 children, and 2 infants in pack and plays. We easily fit everyone and did not feel cramped. The 2 units were across the hall from each other and that hallway was private with a lock. Eric was very responsive to any questions that we had and provided us with everything we needed. The location was perfect with a bar downstairs that didn’t effect us with noise at all. Parking was no issue even though we had 4 large vehicles. Eric was very helpful before hand to let us know where to park. Saturday evening we had trouble finding a parking lot spot but easily found very close street parking. The other 3 days we all found spots in the parking lot and there were plenty more spaces. My friends and I all raved about this unit and would definitely book again in the future! Highly recommend!!
