Gut: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
I have to say. We were very excited about staying here. Was a very expensive stay for what we all felt we could have gotten cheaper and better elsewhere.
We attempted to get in touch with the hotel upon numerous occasions. I messaged through their website, no reply, messaged through Expedia, no replay. I even called 3 times and all it did was ring. We tried to arrange transportation to and from the airport and tried to inquire about rock royalty and to book an excursion as well we were inquiring about NYE as we had 3 young adults with us. For such a known brand of hotel, we were very sad that no one returned our calls, emails or messages.
We made other arrangements for everything , but I have to say, we were more disappointed that we couldn’t get into the NYE event. We were told we needed reservations. When we inquired a couple of times as we kept hearing different things, we kept getting reassured that we didn’t need reservations. At least after 9 they were letting everyone in. But we were then left scrambling to try and find food elsewhere.
I get that you were at capacity for
Guests, but when you put that much money into constant advertising, be prepared. It saddens me to say we will not be back to a hard rock anytime soon.
