Nice studio apartment in great location
The apartment is very nice, just as it looks in the photos. It is small, but the space is used well. It is neat and clean. A few other reviews mentioned the street noise, and you can definitely hear it, especially on weekends, but I found that some headphones at night worked well and it didn't cause me any problems. It is worth it for the location and the nice patio overlooking Sunset Blvd and just a short walk to Hollywood Blvd.The location has a nice washer and dryer, which makes packing light easier.The building has a fitness center that you have access to, it is well-fitted and was never very crowded. The parking space was easily accessible and secure.The only drawback was the check-in process. When I arrived I couldn't get into the building and security told me VRBOs are not allowed in the building and they could not help me access the floor. I texted the host, who responded promptly and arranged for me to get up to the apartment. It did not cause any additional problems, but be sure to arrange in advance how to get in since you won't get any help at the building. Overall, though, very nice place, great location, nice building, easy to get around LA from and responsive host. Would recommend.

Nice place to stay
Overall, our six night stay at this home was very good. Very clean, plenty of lighting (from within and natural light). Even though it's a studio, you would not feel cramped or squeezed in (well laid out and decorated). Walking time to many restaurants, attractions is not long, and lots to see along the way. A couple of reviews listed here mention about issues accessing the elevator (which is needed to get to the apartment). I too had the same problem. You cannot get to the apartment to retrieve the elevator/building fob without first having to ask the security guard to give you access onto the elevator. YOU NEED THE FOB TO ACCESS THE ELEVATOR. However, the guard won't give you access unless you tell him/her the name of the owner of the apartment you're staying at. I only had the host name which is not what security is expecting. So I had to contact the host and get the name. Save yourself the hassle by making sure the host gives you the name of the apartment owner before you get to the apartment complex. Aside from that inconvenience, a very nice place to stay. Communications with the host was easy and fast. Enjoy.

Wonderful apartment
Cute and cozy small apartment that has everything you need with a nice balcony facing the street with nice views of the city. The location cannot get any better with many restaurants options around. The only con is that it can get quite loud with the noise of the cars in the street. Other than that, wonderful stay.

This is a residential high rise. We had no way to get into the elevator because it requires a keyfob (apparently only after 10 pm, per the owner). We almost had to find a hotel somewhere else. We showed up at 10:15 pm. The security guard finally let us into the elevator. Apparently, subletting rooms in this way in this building is not allowed. The security guard wanted the owners name to let us pass, but all we had was a corporate name that they did not accept. The owner refused to address the issue of getting into the hotel when we arrived. They instead said they don't control how the building operates and have had no issues in over a year. A car was parked in our assigned spot, which the owner quickly rectified. I parked in another spot while the vehicle was towed. The apartment was really nice. The location is very central. The apartment is clean and the complex has a nice pool. The road traffic is a little noisy, but its a great view on the balcony, so its a really good trade off. Its a 4 minute walk to Trader Joes and about a 10 min walk to Hollywood Blvd. If you stay here, be sure to ask how to get into the elevator to avoid issues when checking in. Also, perhaps get there before 10 pm to avoid some of our issues. Be sure to know the name of the owner to give to the security guard if there are any issues.

We enjoyed our stay
Good location! We were 5-10 min walk away from metro, grocery store and Hollywood Walk of Fame! The building was nice and hosts communication was great. Only complaint was that it was a bit noisy at night, but other than that we enjoyed our stay.
