The home's vintage design has been fully refinished and furnished throughout with luxe, high-end amenities and stylish modern decor for an elevated guest experience. Accordion style doors in the living areas and bedrooms can be opened fully to fill the home with cool, ocean breezes. Take in the views from the sofa or head out to the balcony for outdoor lounging and al fresco meals at the dining table set for six. In the evenings, stream shows and movies on the living room smart TV.

The full chef's kitchen is equipped for gourmet meal-planning complete with a gorgeous French range and hood, farmhouse sink, cookware, and utensils. A dishwasher makes for easy cleanup. Indoor dining options include table seating for six.

A bedroom and a full bathroom can be found on the main floor. The primary suite occupies the lower level. Spanning the length of the house, this spacious bedroom includes a separate sitting area, private balcony and deluxe en suite fitted with a deep-basin soaking tub and spacious, walk-in shower. Enjoy luxurious soaks while gazing out at blue ocean waters or flip on the perfectly positioned flatscreen TV for some casual entertainment. A sleek electric fireplace adds a touch of ambiance. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
