Guest Access:
You’ll have the entire house and private yard to yourself for the duration of your stay.

The Neighborhood:
Staying right in the heart of West Hollywood, walking around town is a breeze and you’ll be a short drive from some of our favorite local spots. On weekends, the local farmer’s market offers fresh produce, grass-fed meats, and various artisan goods. Our home is located just above the famous Sunset Strip and about 22 minutes to Beverly Hills.

Getting Around:
PARKING:
There are 2 parking spaces available inside the garage.
You must enter the house and open the garage inside.
The garage size is 190” wide x 79” tall.
Note: Street parking is not allowed in front of the house and is not permitted by the County. Please be sure to keep all cars parked in designated parking spots in order to avoid tickets, fines, and/or towing of vehicles.

We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.

**PLEASE NOTE:**
Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking.

FAMILY & PETS:
We are family and dog friendly! Children 2 years old and above must be included as part of the total guest count. Please send us your dog's breed and age when booking. We do require a $100 pet fee and ask that you agree to our pet policy. We offer dog beds and dog bowls available for your convenience. Please keep pets off of all furniture including sofas and bedding, to minimize the risk of additional cleaning charges or unforeseen accidents or damages. Please be sure to pick up after your pet and dispose of waste in the proper garbage bins located near the driveway. Please see our House Rules for more information.

EXTRA GUESTS:
Guest count must not exceed the occupancy of the property. Keep in mind there is an added $50/night (plus booking fees & taxes) per guest for additional guests if approved. Any day guests must be approved prior to arrival. Day guests must leave by 10pm and are limited to a total of 4 guests. Children are considered as part of the total guest count.

POOL & SPA RULES:
The pool & spa is professionally cleaned every Friday as well as on the day of your arrival. Spa heating is complimentary, however, pool heating is an extra charge billed at an additional $100/day and must be heated for the entire duration of your stay. Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to prorate this charge for only a portion of your booking as it takes a minimum of 24hrs to heat the entire pool depending on base temperature and we must begin heating it the day before your arrival. Please notify us in advance of your arrival should you wish to utilize pool heating. The pool and spa can be easily controlled by the remote located inside the home. Please note that the pool and spa cannot be heated simultaneously, so if you are opting for pool heat and choose to use the spa, the pool is no longer heating and must be toggled back to the pool heat setting once you are done utilizing the spa. Please do not tamper with the pool and spa equipment as it will cause the equipment to malfunction. Please keep children supervised at all times, as there is no fencing and no lifeguard on duty.

VENDORS:
Please note that the home is serviced before and after every arrival and departure. During extended stays, our technicians service the exterior of the property on a regular basis to maintain our home, yard, pool, and spa. They will not enter the home but need to access the backyard. Landscaping, pool, and spa service is on Friday or on an as-needed basis based on weather demands.

PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS! We are in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Please follow our County’s Good Neighbor Policy of no outside noise after 10pm and before 8am. Guests must refrain from any outdoor music, noise, or other disruptions that may cause a disturbance to the community during quiet hours. Failure to respect quiet hours may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund.

RESPECT:
There are strict county ordinances regarding excessive noise and light pollution after 10pm. Please respect our neighbors, and refrain from loud noises and outdoor music by 10pm. The home is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Removing the decibel monitor will result in a full security deposit loss and/or additional charges.

SOUND SYSTEM:
The Sonos sound system throughout the home has been disabled throughout the duration of your stay to help comply with and enforce county ordinances and regulations.

CHERISH:
Some of the things visitors to Los Angeles cherish the most are the abundance of wildlife and fauna. Cigarette butts, trash and food left on the ground can hurt our precious ecosystem.

CLEANING:
Health & safety is our number one priority. Our in-house cleaning team is trained on CDC and WHO protocols. We take extra measures to ensure the home is sanitized and safe before every arrival. For this reason, we aren’t able to offer early check-ins or late check-outs. Thank you for understanding!

PHOTOSHOOTS & VIDEOS:
If you’re interested in doing a photoshoot or video shoot for commercial/business use, please share the details of your project ahead of time. You MUST get approval beforehand! If approved, we have an additional fee for licensing and usage. Photoshoots for your personal social media accounts are welcomed!

WILDLIFE:
You’re surely guaranteed to encounter wildlife on your stay including families of lizards, insects, snakes, coyotes, and endangered kangaroo mice. Please use caution when outside, especially at night with any pets and children.

FIRE ZONE:
Our home is located in a Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zone
(VHFHSZ), smoking is not permitted in any exterior of the property.

NO SMOKING:
No smoking or burning candles. This is a non-smoking home. Any and all smoking should be kept outdoors at least 15 feet away from any exterior doors. There will be a $250 charge for anyone not honoring this guideline.

BACKYARD FENCING:
While we do have fencing around the entire property, please always keep an eye on your pets and children. Canyon critters don't find fencing to be a deterrent to them in our shared habitat.

EV CHARGER:
There is not an EV charger at the home, however, there is a Tesla Supercharger conveniently located at the corner of Sunset and Sherbourne just a short drive away. There are also multiple public EV charging stations around town, which allow charging for up to 2 hours per day.

Not a very good experience and house is very rundown and not worth anywhere near the nightly rate
About two hours before our check in time I got a message saying a sliding glass door to the patio had broke and they were giving me the option of cancelling the booking but I needed to let them know right then. You can't book another place on that short of notice so I said I'd take it if they could guarantee me all the glass was cleaned up, which they did. We show up at 8pm with our two kids who are tired from a long travel day, the house was at 86 degrees which wasn't ideal. There was a lot of broken glass on the deck, in the house and in the pool/spa. That's an unfortunate accident but the house itself is really rundown and with some real cheap renovations. The house is advertised as non smoking but the deck was covered in cigar butts when we got there. The view is very nice, but if don't lean against the railing on the deck, it isn't secured at all. Honestly they're charging probably two to three times as much per night as they can. Much better options available for less money, and way way better options available at this price point.

The view is majestic … some of the cabinetry and small details of the home are outdated but the location and view far outweighed some cosmetic imperfections , hosts were great and on point with responding to any questions. , will definitely return to soak the view up again

Perfect hills location
Location and outdoor ambiance was amazing. Inside was comfortable and furnished well. A few items were broken; oven door was off hinges, master closet had broken shelving piled in corner and dishwasher didn’t set right in it’s place. Overall the house and location was exactly what our family was looking for in a vacation home.
