Ein ganz besonderes ruhiges Haus auf einer privaten Straße in den Hügeln von Malibu gelegen. Das neu renovierte, moderne 2-stöckige Haus bietet eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf den Ozean und einen entspannenden Garten. Schönes helles offenes Haus. Perfekt für Familien, die die Natur lieben oder nach einem ruhigen Ort suchen, um zu entkommen.

Es hat erstaunliche Wasser und Berge und Aussicht und schönen Zen-Garten auf drei Ebenen.

Es liegt an einer privaten Straße und in einer sehr ruhigen, abgelegenen und sicheren Gegend.

Hauptwohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und Gästezimmer haben Meerblick. Wandern vor der Tür und ein Ort, wo die Vögel jeden Morgen besuchen.

Master-Schlafzimmer hat eine mit Doppelbett, begehbarem Kleiderschrank und Doppel-Dusche und Stand-alone-Badewanne. Jeden Morgen wirst du im Paradies aufwachen.

Das Erdgeschoss besteht aus einer Lounge, einer modernen Küche und einem Essbereich, der sich zu einer Außenterrasse hin öffnet. Das Wohnzimmer hat auch einen Projektor und einen großen Bildschirm für Filme oder TV.

Es gibt auch ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer.

Zwei große Schlafzimmer und bestehend aus:

1 x Gästezimmer - Queen-Bett

1 x Kinderzimmer - zwei Einzelbetten

1 x separates Badezimmer mit Badewanne / Dusche in einem.

Zen House is the Perfect Spot to Get Away
We wanted to take our grandsons to Disneyland, but find a retreat outside the vehicular chaos of LA. Malibu is worth the extra drive with great beaches, parks and restaurants. And the Zen House was a perfect spot to hide out for a week. Perched on a hillside just 5 minutes from the PCH the home is well stocked on a quiet road with palm trees and citrus trees (that provided numerous healthy snacks). Hammock, great outdoor spaces and plenty of room for our little ones to play outside. The home has commanding views of the Pacific, and many days the marine layer (fog) was below us, allowing us to take in some great sunsets while loitering outside. The owners, Wendy and Manel, were incredibly responsive, setting our expectations and helping us get the most out of our week in Paradise with answers to our questions in close to realtime. If you want easy access to LA, but prefer to find a quiet oasis well away from the madness, you can't do better than this. Highly recommended.

The most beautiful place!!
Pictures do not do it justice--this is truly one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed! It is perched on the side of a hill in Malibu, and the views are amazing. The house is very comfortable; we enjoyed the large movie screen in the living room, the spacious kitchen, and the relaxing outdoor seating with a hammock. Only a few minutes from the beach. We will definitely be back someday!! One of our best trips ever!

One of my absolute Favorites!
This home was so so lovely! It was the cleanest rental we’ve stayed in, it was Sparkling! the home, the neighborhood, the view, the proximity to everything can’t be beat. The projector was fun for the whole family, a little movie theater experience. Lying in the hammock listening to the birds was the relaxation I needed. The nearby restaurants,coffee shops and stores were great! I’d love to return! Okay so this had nothing to do with the house or the awesome attentive hosts but just an fyi for people visiting the area, We were stolen from.. twice. I couldn’t believe it, in Malibu, not Santa Monica. I wasn’t expecting that. Be vigilant. Not much you can do about your car being broken into, but we warned the kids not to carry anything like their wallets in their pockets or leave anything in the car.

The house was in a fantastic location perched high above the PCH in Malibu with spectacular views of the Pacific and the mountains. It was tastefully furnished and had an excellent fully-equipped kitchen. The landscaping around the property was beautifully done with many options for lounging and relaxing. There were great hikes nearby and just a short drive down to get to the fabulous Malibu restaurants. The hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond. Extremely happy with this property and highly recommend it!

We had a very nice stay in the Malibu Zen House. The location is a little remote, but the views make it worth it! There is a projector (not a TV) in the main living area which might be challenging for those not tech savvy. Kitchen is updated and everything worked well!

Wendy was a super host from start to end, giving great pre-arrival information, and clear check-in and check-out instructions. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet with private gated access and beautiful ocean and mountain views. The home was exactly what we expected and needed. Well stocked, clean, and comfortable. Beautiful place with amazing views
The place itself and location are stunning. Exactly how described in the listing. Also the equipment (projector, DVDs, fireplace) in the house is amazing. Also the communication with manager was top. Unfortunately the house wasn’t ready for check in at 4pm as listed as there was an issue that day with the cleaners. So we sat in one room altogether and had to wait until the cleaners finished. I communicated with property manager and she was extremely helpful and forthcoming so we sorted it out and I was really happy with the outcome. As the cleaners were late they also took some shortcuts and didn’t clean properly everywhere and we had to tell and show them before we left. Besides this the house is definitely a 5 star house and everything else was perfect and as mentioned the Propery Manager Wendy was very helpful to us settled and forthcoming. Thanks again.

A quiet retreat on the Malibu highlands
We spent an excellent week at the villa. Our hosts Wendy and Manel were very helpful and kind. The house is well located in a quiet, secluded neighbourhood (the flip side being that it is not possible to walk to the beach, we need to drive). Views from the villa on the hills and Pacific are beautiful (fog permitting), although the view on Pacific is partially obstructed by the house just below. The villa is well equipped, especially its kitchen. A great vacation place overall.

Peaceful Retreat
Wendy and Manel are exceptional hosts. Their property is well maintained, pristinely clean and we felt very well cared for. The neighbors were wonderful too. The location to the beach is just a short drive down a private road, but the house has an incredible view of the water in his quietly nestled in the hills of Malibu. The home has a beautiful terrace with very comfortable furniture, perfect for gathering together with friends and family. It was so relaxing, we found ourselves never wanting to leave the house and rarely went out. If you have the opportunity to stay in this home we highly recommend it. Don’t think twice about it.

Simply Paradise
Our family stayed at this house for a week and we were so sad to leave. The house is lovely, simple, very clean but more than anything there is a great feel and energy to the house. The views are incredible, the hiking, walking, relaxing was fantastic. Can we talk about the birds? The sounds of the birds singing comes in every window and you feel like you are on an island by yourself. I cannot recommend this house enough! If you are lucky enough like we were, you can talk with the owners who are just a delight. So friendly, helpful, etc.....truly lovely people. You will love the house even more once you speak to them. WE HAD THE BEST TIME, and cannot wait to visit again. My son (16) said "Mom this was the best house we have ever rented!" and we have rented quite a few. Truly magical home! Has everything you need, beds very comfortable, kitchen has all the perks. We just loved it.
