We have an outside pool curfew of 9:30 PM because our neighbors are very sensitive so we don't want complaints from them. Also there is a max of 10 people at this house max, this is enforced by a 7 day a week guard in front of our home. No parties are allowed at this time, and a max of 10 people are allowed at all times in this home.

We do have some honey bees which come to the pool area to collect water sometimes. So if anyone is allergic to bees, this is not a good house.

Third Bedroom - We have a guest bedroom w/two double beds.

Guest house (4th bedroom) - We have a huge studio up the steps on the top of our property , and there exists a whole another world. Up in that area are two more decks and patios for seating. In the guesthouse, you can enter from the back or from the front from the street (separately then the main house). In the guesthouse we have a queen and a full bed, and a full living room, and fridge.

2nd full bathroom - shared for the other rooms - is a newly remodeled full bath w/quality signature hardware, and stone and subway tiles, mixed w/bronze handles and metals to further corroborate the gold an bronze Hollywood theme pervasive though our home.

Parking - We have ample parking for 4 cars max in front of our long brown gate. You can park cars anywhere in front of our long brown driveway area. We are a corner house on so on an private street. We also have a driveway and garage, but its easiest to just park in front of our long driveway since there is plenty of room for 4 cars/large vehicles.
