Where do I start
-we wernt able to check on time because they wernt ready
- sent me to someone else’s room
- took 40 mins to get that situated. During that time I was sent to a second room that was dirty still. The
- room they sent me to AC wouldn’t go below 76, when I told the front desk lady she said “of they do that sometimes” (never went under 75 at all)
- went down to ask for a “do not disturb sign” since they sent me to the wrong room I wanted one for my door just Incase. The same lady then told me “ that doesn’t happen here” not realizing it was me she did that to a hour before. When I brought that up she said “that wasn’t my fault, besides we don’t have those signs” she then told me she could get me a “pet sign” but they were out. I walked off annoyed only to see 5 doors on my hallway with the “ do not disturb” sign.
- I had to have 5 sets of keys reset because they kept deactivating, even the one we kept left in the room as a back up.
- the area infront of the elevator had sticky stuff on the ground for the 3 days we were there.
- the hot water was out at the lobby tea cart. I let the clerk know right away. She just said “thanks for letting her know” then waited until we had grabbed a water bottle and heated up water in the microwave for the tea in the lobby before offering to fill the hot water. (Watched us the whole time)
- took my bag out of ny rom at 11:25 when check out was at 12, cleaning lady said she didn’t see it, as it was on her cart beside her
