Dear Loïc, Thank you very much for taking the time to share feedback about your time with us.I am saddened there were some aspects of your stay that left much to be desired, and I would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused by the size of your room and size of the bed. It is rather a shame we were unable to put right the concerns you had whilst you were staying with us.
