Ended up on the ground floor. There was a really bad damp smell. Get a whatsapp message saying they will only accept 5-star expereinces, what could they have done better. Tell them the room had a really bad residual damp smell. They apologise. They message me the following evening, saying they want the best for their customers. I reply the room still stinks, and that the only way to sleep is with a window open. But it lasts until 5am, as the DLR starts running outside. They reply that as I am moving out the following night, not much they can do about it. Finally, when they ask for a review, they email... Offering a stupid discount scheme memebrship. Reading other reviews, it looks like it is hit and miss. Traveller beware.
