From the ebookers website I assumed private bathroom meant en suite, not on a different floor halfway up stairs in common area. I also applied filter ‘breakfast included’ but they did not even do catering. The bathroom was grubby. I complained strongly on check in but owner had no interest or an apology. For the price it was a shock.

Customer service was poor and I wasn't given a lot of information or indication on arrival and finding my way around. What they have to offer is really good but other than given a room number its a case figuring everything out by yourself.
