Beautiful house but extremely bad customer service from NOVASOL
The house is beautiful and in a great location.
But we are very disappointed by NOVASOL. If you stay there you should expect a very expensive electricity bill !!! Which is not clearly indicated at first.
We arrived at a time where the Novasol agency in Blokhus was closed and the fireplace did not work. Since it was freezing outside the house was extremely cold and we had to use all electric heaters for HOURS in order to have an acceptable temperature in the house which is badly isolated (and remained very very cold). When we called the next day to inform Novasol of our urgent problem (especially because we were on holiday with our young baby) they just told us to try on our own to make it work and that they wouldn't send anyone. So the electric heaters ran for a few days which resulted in a huge electricity bill !!!
When we tried to get in contact with NOVASOL to remind them why we used so much electricity they just ignored the message and kept asking for the money.
