Situated just a little over an hour west of the metro, this property features a private dock, lake shore, patio, deck, firepit, yard games, gas grill, and gourmet, fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the wildlife which includes loons, pelicans, bass, walleye, panfish, and whitetail deer. Enjoy spectacular sunrises or sunsets from the comforts of the 2nd story deck with great chairs for lounging with your favorite book or cup of coffee, while listening to the calls of the loons. The family room has a stocked cupboard with games and puzzles to create family connections. Rent our pontoon for a lake cruise or water sports. We have available for rent, a 2015 23' pontoon. The local area has many hotspots to visit, including the Largest Ball of Twine (made by 1 man), coffee shops, wineries, a brewery, icecream shop, and numerous eating establishments. As well as a variety of town festivals, fairs, and community carshows and concerts in July and August. Golf and boutique shopping in nearby Litchfield.
House layout: Lower level has a full bathroom with tub and shower, large bedroom with 2 queen beds and a full XL loft. The family room has a new queen sleeper sofa and gas fireplace. The main floor has a full bathroom with shower, gourmet kitchen, dining room, living room, and 1 bedroom with a queen bed. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms. 1 room has a queen bed overlooking the lake, the other room has 2 twin beds.
