About this space:
Inviting, peaceful, comforting, relaxing. Safe, family neighborhood close to 27th & Highway 2 with stores and restaurants nearby. 10 minute drive to downtown Lincoln. Brand new king size mattress and bed in master bedroom and queen size bed in 2nd bedroom. 2 extra beds: Twin air-mattress & pull out chair sleeper, double futon sofa sleeper in the living room. No cleaning fee.

The space:
Cozy, sunlit, simple house built in the mid century. Hardwood floors throughout and upright piano in living room . The master bedroom has a brand new queen size mattress & frame.

Lincoln 3912 is a one level house, with slightly vaulted ceilings throughout. King size bed in master bedroom. 2nd bedroom which has a queen sized bed. Living room with 26-inch TV and full size futon sofa sleeper. Twin sofa (chair) sleeper and twin air-mattress to provide more sleeping arrangement options. The TV: NOT A SMART TV, NO CABLE only local channels, Amazon Firestick, VCR and an DVD (plays only older formatted DVD’s). There is Wi-Fi.

Front loading washer (in kitchen). The dryer is located inside the garage.

Kitchen with refrigerator, electric range and oven, air-fryer, microwave, automatic drip coffee maker, Keurig and electric kettle. Bathroom has bathtub with shower. Central air conditioning and heating. The heating and cooling until makes a noise when it pops on. This is normal but may be startling since the unit is within close proximity to other rooms. Patio in backyard with chaise lounge, patio table with chairs, raised garden bed and large oak tree producing acorns which may make a loud noise when they fall on the roof over the master bedroom. One stall car attached garage and easement next to driveway for additional parking.

Lincoln 3912 is over 65 years old with original windows. Lincoln 3912 strives to provide an affordable, clean & comfortable stay for 5+ guests

Guests have access to entire house and attached garage.
Other things to note
-Adult guests must be 21 years of age or older.
-Paper products, including toilet paper and paper towels as well as other consumable amenities are not replaced beyond the first 2 days.
-TV located in the living room.

-I do not charge a cleaning fee. Guests should leave the place as it was found. I have a departure checklist which includes cleaning up and putting away dishes and tidying up. Cleaning products provided. Please allow time to observe the departure checklist before checking out.
