Family time
My family and I were in Vegas due to a medical emergency and needed a place last minute for all 8 of ua to stay. The property manager was very flexible with us as we weren't 100% sure about most of the details (total number of people, overall length of stay). They assured us they would work with us as best they could to make sure we were all comfortable and had a roof over our heads during a stressful time. The house was just what we needed and had plenty of entertainment for my 2 teenage kids. We would definitely stay again!

Perfectly pleasant!
It's a lovely property with lots of space, fun amenities (the game room was great!), and a big back yard. It was too cold to enjoy the pool, but I imagine it would be great during the warmer times of the year. It was clean and well appointed, and the host was SUPER responsive and helpful.

Great location, close to the airport and the strip. The games, pool, and number of bedrooms make this an easy choice. We reached out to the host a couple times and they were extremely responsive. The only drawback was the quiet hours. Music not allowed outside is a tough ask with a beautiful pool, but you are in a neighborhood. Overall, great stay!

Great Communication
My family and I decided to do a trip before all the kids went back to school to spend time with each other.. & this place was amazing. The shower in the hallway does need some fixing & the strong odor of mildew (cleaning supply) was just a small hiccup. I’m thinking maybe the mop needs to be changed. But I will say I gave this a 10/10 because communication was key, the house was stocked with trash bags and paper towels and toilet paper which was a bonus. We normally brought our own stuff because by the time the trip was over we’d be searching for TP. The pool was very much loved by everyone who stayed. I would suggest putting the bunk beds in the room with the patio door for more space.. and you can even add another bunk bed or single bed to it too. Overall it was great. Thank you so much.

Overall, the stay was good. Everyone seemed to have a good time. The location was good, and there was plenty of parking. A couple of items were broken in the house. The beanbag toss game was completely broken, and we could not play with it at all. The ping-pong table could’ve use some maintenance. The basketball hoop, electronics didn’t work. Electronic scoreboard on the basketball hoop was broken Putting green cups were a mess. Towels needed to be updated, and also not enough towels in each bathroom. Previous Vrbo’s that we’ve stayed at always had extra sheets, extra pillows, extra blankets… There were no extra at this Verbo. There were two rollaway beds. Both of them were broken. Not usable at all. The place was clean, and the kitchen had been updated. All the dishes, pots and pans everything in that area was good. We think a walk through prior to renting is a must!

Property Not Quite Same as Pictured
When booking this property, we were amazed by the beautiful photographs online. Upon arrival, the exterior of the home was unkept with much needed attention to be taken--even a cigarette butt on the front walkway. We looked forward to playing cornhole, but the "boards" were ripped and there was only 1 bag to be found. The lounge chairs were ok for a short-term lay out in the sun, but not very comfortable and only 2 were not broken. Not quite enough outdoor furniture for the entire family. The pool was fine--we didn't use it much since March is still a bit cold. It was serviced once while we were there. We had to purchase extra toilet paper and paper towels, as there was not enough for the week. There were sugar ants on the main bathroom floor. One nice thing about the house was the upgraded kitchen appliances. The lighting inside was low and we opened curtains for more light. There were no extra trash bags and the trash bins were full when we arrived so we ended up waiting two days before trash day for them to be emptied. We brought extra blankets to use for the cots, which was a good idea--there were not enough extras for them. We would not stay here again--it was not as we were expecting based on photographs.

A good host with a nice place made our vacation enjoyable
We were a group of seven who needed a larger place with the right location to visit Grand Canyon for zip lining, Lee Canyon for snowboarding, Hoover dam, Strip all during the four days. And this provided us with five clean bedrooms with a large backyard to entertain within the property and right location to access all the places within a reasonable time. Kitchen was well organized which helped us cook as needed. The backyard is well maintained and thanks to the good weather, we all enjoyed the basketball, volleyball and cornhole in the backyard. Not to mention our dog had a great time to running around the swimming pool as there is plenty of space in the backyard. Thanks Odelya for being such a good host with quick responses and accommodating late checkout which helped me to finish my work before heading back home.

This house is wonderfully cozy and perfect for your whole family. The host was very easy to get a hold of and responded with in minutes. The game room was so much fun, and the kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything we needed to cook 3 meals a day. This place is perfect to just relax and make memories. Neighborhood was quiet, beds were very comfortable and the pool was perfect.

Feels neglected
It was a bit of a scavenger hunt trying to find things like towels, laundry soap, kitchen items. There were no cleaning supplies like a broom or mop so we went and bought some. The master bedroom has a king bed but only a light weight queen comforter. There weren't extra blankets for every bed. The pillows are dirty and flat. I needed two just to act like a regular pillow. The pool guy came twice in our 5 day stay but the water is still cloudy. You can't see the bottom of the shallow pool. The second bathroom shower head has almost zero pressure. The house sleeps 12 but you're charged a lot extra for each person over the nightly rate. The couches can't hold more than 6 people and the rest of the chairs are just folding chairs so we couldn't gather comfortably. The dining room table is squished into a small area and only seats 6. We were there for a family member that was transferred to a Vegas hospital and we were instructed that this was a "relaxation house, not a party house". It wasn't super relaxing. She did give me a break on the charge for each pet. The yard is nice and big. It was adequate but we wouldn't stay there again.
