The Mansion that has it all

This beautiful Mansion with prestine pool and spa ( but not heated) is in a gated community in high-end neighborhood. It is located in prestigious Southwest Las Vegas, that is less than a mile on everything that you needed like supermarkets, all kinds of restaurants , banks , gas stations establishments, offices etc. it has huge driveway . But the owner parked his 2 cars , the Harley truck the electric car and you are allowed to park 5 . If you had more than 5 vehicles . You could park on the street as long as you don’t block neighbors driveway. The 3 garages and a basement that was converted to huge storage are not included in the rent. This very high class mansion will accommodate up to 12 persons. But if you are more than 12 tell me so that i could add more beddings and towels. Read First before booking . The Mansion was clean by the cleaning crew , and all towels and bedsheets were all washed and the Two managers meticulously check the place before check in. But just in case we do not meet your expectations and you don’t like the place when you arrive , you need to vacate the place immediately and go somewhere else. But when you decided to stay , it means that you like the place. We dont accept complaints and fabricated lies just to have discount or partial refund. Master Bedroom is huge with its own private living room a day bed and ensuite huge bathroom. It has total 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. This property has a pool table, 2 living rooms, 2 dining rooms, huge kitchen that has everything you needed, it has Italian furnishings . The family room has a 2 leather sofas that reclines to be double beds intended for those elderly that dont want to climb the stairs with bathroom too and gigantic Ruku TV. All bedrooms has its own TVs. One of the huge bedroom has 2 double beds , day bed and living room. With black out curtains for your good night sleep. This mansion has built in tripple purified water , the Refrigerator is trippled purified too , it will give you ice cubes and crush ice and icy water . It has equipt Kitchen and backyard with pool and spa ( not heated) with barbeque grills.
No Motorcycles are allowed on property

**PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING**
There is an additional fee after the 8th guest of $10. It will be charged through Vrbo when you book.
We allow up to 12 guests. But if you are more than 12 guests you need to let me know so that I can see if we can accommodate you.
But you must use the four sofa with pillows in it, and it is located in the loft.

**PLS NOTE:
Pets are allowed but with a maximum of 2 small to medium dogs. We charge a minimal pay of $50 per pet for the whole stay. You need to inform the owner if you will bring pets and how many as it is a per-pet charge. Failure to mention the pets before booking will lead to eviction.
**If a pet is a service pet please inform us in the messages and what type of service pet**
The Villa is cleaned by the cleaning crew.
Pictures were taken before and after cleaning and were meticulously inspected by three managers on site.
We strive to ensure that our towels and bed sheets are washed and see to it that no stains.
IF there are any issues please tell us IMMEDIATELY upon check-in so we can address them in a timely and efficient manner.
***Just in case you arrive and you are not happy with the place, you are free to vacate the Villa immediately and move to the other place. We do not tolerate guests who fabricate lies just to have their payments discounted or to have a partial refund. We see to it that you arrive in a place that is well-described. We are so tired of the guests who stay and do not leave the place and complain. After staying the whole bookings. I usually don’t give bad reviews, but if you give me one, I give you one too.
