Mc mansion cold shower.
Nice place as it is Vegas. details were not what you would expect for a mansion. One of the showers would not get hot water. Charge 100 a day to heat the hot tub but you can run the gas fire pit forever w/o any additional.

 if you want to make a statement, this is the place. Check-in was so easy. The house is gorgeous, modern, with such a stunning backyard and pool. What you see on the listing is exactly what you get! Location is perfect, So close to everything and everywhere you want to go in Vegas but far enough away if you just want to relax. If you want to cook, the kitchen is amazing, it has everything you need, the outdoor space is where we spent most of our time, love the feel of the indoors outside and vice versa with the panel doors If we needed anything Natasha was on it immediately, communication was a huge plus. This place is a 10 out of 10! We will definitely come back!

Girls trip
This was the most perfect home for a girls trip. 12 of us stayed, the pool was IMMACULATE. the sound system amazing. A gated area which was so nice to have. Only $15 Uber ride to the strip which took about 10 minutes. We would absolutely come back, the home was just so amazing and awesome to come back to every night!

Great property with pool
Check/in was easy, everything at the house was as expected and as shown in the photographs. Host was communicative and friendly. Great quiet location. Two things to consider: the pool and hot tub are lovely. It is completely worth paying the extra money to have them heated. Lastly, just be aware that the host will ask you to sign a long secondary lease agreement with an additional deposit required. We overall enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The house is fairly new and in mostly good condition.

Awesome Spot!
Stayed here with a large group of 12 for a golf trip. The place was super nice, even better than the photos which are great. A ton of space and awesome surround sound to play music in all of the rooms. A bit too cold in January for the pool, but the hot tub was great. Would definitely consider this place if I am back in Vegas with a large group!

The house was amazing. The pictures do no justice to how beautiful the property is inside and out. It’s in a somewhat private location with views of the strip right in front of you from the deck and back yard. The host was available when needed and quickly responded to anything that inquired about or requested. Clean, comfortable, warming, and in a perfect location from the strip (ab 10-15 mins, depending on traffic). The house met all needs and provided the necessary lodging requirements that anybody staying in Vegas would need. Cudos to the organization and design of the home. We will be back!

An Incredible Place To Do Vegas
This place was everything described and more! The house was arguably more impressive in person than in photos which often is not the case. The house was in a nice neighborhood (I went on several runs and felt very safe) with its own private gate and wall with one additional unit in the walled area. The house was filled with amenities and smart home technology. The central sound system throughout the house is super easy to connect to and was a huge hit for our stay. We tried to make use of everything the house had to offer. The view of the strip was beautiful. Overall this house is a 10/10 and I would recommend this stay to anyone without thinking twice. After an incredible stay I do have a few critiques/ things to mention for future renters: -As I mentioned earlier the house is filled with smart technology and several remotes and dozens of switches; beyond a few paragraphs in an email describing some amenities and function there is very little direction for operation of the house. I think it would be helpful for the owner to create a check-in binder for renters covering in detail all of the features of the house and how to operate them, as well as maybe labeling what every switch in the house is for. -You will have no control over some features in the house . For example the lighting in the pool and the pool waterfall are on timers and turn off around 2AM. This can put a damper on evening vibes. It would be nice to have control over lighting around the property.

Words can’t express how phenomenal this experience was. The home was beautiful (even better than the photos online) and the views of the city/strip from the back patio were second to none. Natasha was a great host and maintained excellent communication from my initial inquiry all the way throughout when the time came for us to check out. No complaints at all. My friends and I had a blast — we will definitely be back. If you’re planning on visiting Vegas, I highly recommend booking this property.

Terrific Stay!
Property was as offered. Beautiful and clean! Natasha was wonderful to communicate with. Few things to know - everything in this house is 1/3 bigger than any other house including the height of cabinets, doors, etc. Doors were heavy to open and close, need to have some strength to do so. Airport is nearby and flight path is overhead, much airplane noise day or night. Much technology in the home, took a day or two to learn it. House next door being constructed, so some construction traffic and noise. Aside from these things, the stay was terrific and would rent here again. Only minutes by car to the Strip, felt secure with the gated cul de sac. Beautiful decks and landscaping, pool and hot tub, yard is private and allowed for lots of time outside.
